I just started living alone with my own apartment and stuff... I watched this video and followed through. My mom was amazed 'coz I don't really know how to cook so she was worried when I started to live alone. Also, this helps especially during busy season at work. Really simple and easy to make (and find hahaha!). Looking forward to more videos (or rather tutorials hahaha!)
I want to add what I eat at least once a week - Tortang talong (vegetarian) 5 ingredients: eggplant, egg, onion, tomatoes and half a spoonful of hoisin sauce for every eggplant. ITS SO GOOD. of course, salt and pepper to taste and comes with a side of rice.

This is true, as a public figure that is known for food and fitness/health related content there is no stopping this response from viewers. Weight gain in someone that is seen as "healthy" shows that he's human like all of us and how he (and all of us) can healthily respond to weight gain. On a positive note it did respond in a video that provided easy healthy meals as well as a free program to add into a healthier lifestyle.

Add a little bit of cornstarch with water, just around a 1/2 of tsp cornstarch. That’ll do the trick. Did that with the shrimp pumpkin curry as well to get it sticky.

You may want to grind the tuna a bit more. Grate the sweet potato in smaller grater. Use 1 to 2 eggs if its a bit too dry.
