I like the way you shape the pattie to match the bread. That shows attention to detail, with a nod to common sense, and is the same thing i might do if I were on the same skill/knowledge/experience/intuition level. You are the man, KevMo!

Me too but, I was more concerned with his gloves as I hope he changed them out after handling raw meat like he did. Hopefully their not the same as when he picked up the sandwich to take a bite, I was like "Are those the same gloves used to form the patty?"
