And then you see the video where a women is going down the middle and Eddie hall made a video on it and smelled the rack acting like he smelled salmon when his nose was right on the spot in a comedic video 😂😂
I gotta say, Sams videos have been such a consistent inspiration this last year. Whenever I feel myself getting a little ‘lax with my training or if I feel myself coasting a little too much.. Sam always has what I need to hear to snap me back. Sometimes it’s just seeing the pump check, sometimes he’ll just straight up call me out in the car talk. But I’m always hype after watching Sams videos. Pretty amazing dude, thanks.
This is like my second video i have seen of you, I don't know what makes your videos enjoyable but i could not even skip 5 seconds of it. Very good advices especially the point of going with 8-10 reps instead of 1 rep of the highest weight you can lift.
I look up to you sam and your videos are the most down to earth and you know how to tell people when they're messing up and how to fix in in the most nice but realistic way . love your videos man and you have helped me stick to losing weight and watching your videos give me moderation everyday I watch your videos as im making my pre workout meal and taking my sup before the gym . love u brother

I’m 35 and is never too late to start your bodybuilding journey.
I’ve recently been getting back to a healthy lifestyle and i started watching your videos yesterday and seeing the work you put motivates me go hard , your videos get me pumped up to go to failure . I really appreciate your words of wisdom
You're looking like a character right out of Baki. I remember seeing you lift at school in 2022 onwards and I knew you were going to make it big. We crossed paths several times but never spoke, which is a shame because you really inspired me to take my training to the next level. I'm rooting for you bro, never change for anyone.
Hi, Sam. My Bulk Day 35 - Legs. Back in track. Every day I go to the gym or workout and then go to your channel and see a new video. I watch it and then I write this thing. Thank you, man!
Lol I know...he really needs to keep hammering overhead movements if he wants his tris to improve. Push downs are great but they can't be the only thing you do
Walking outside and getting some sunshine combats depression very well. Give it a try. 4 miles a day reduces heart disease by 50%. Now that it's hot outside try the car sauna fir 10 minutes and a cool shower after your walk and sunshine and relax. No one can do it for you. Go do something good for yourself! It's worth it
I've commented before. I'm super impressed. You're absolutely getting it. Be nasty with great form for 8 to 12 reps. You can still work your way up to monster weights. Like benching 315 for 12 reps with great form is super good weight and fairly high reps. Keeping good form will 'help' keep you protected. But as someone who has been working out for 40 years. You will work your way up to super heavy weight but also high rep that shit. Now that's impressive. Keep up the good work.
Sam you keep telling guys to not skip leg day. Im kinda new in the gym and I went for a workout the other day and I was the only person in the leg machine/squat rack section of the gym. It was great! I got to get a feel for squating alone with safety bars. Im about to get bucking huge
With your recent mindset and discipline ideas I think you would like Jim Rohn. He doesn't do anything bodybuilding related but many of his ideas can be easily translated to any field. Love your videos Sam
I think at this point I just want to get huge (as much as I can for being 5'10"), learn koine greek, strengthen my faith and make money. It has to genuinely be thanks to you that I've been consistently going to the gym for a year now and don't plan to stop.
Hey Sam, very new lifter to the gym I’ve been recomping for 7 months now and was able to get down to 265-260ish after being 375 sitting at 5’11. These past weeks I’ve been in a dilemma whether should I bulk or keep cutting since I’ve been stuck at 265 for a month now. My ideal weight goal would be around 230-240. Need of an opinion/advice from you or the comments that’d be much appreciated! Much love
Maybe give the lying one-arm cross-body dumbbell triceps extension a chance? It's not nearly as hard on your elbows as a traditional skull crusher and doesn't have the overhead restriction aspect either. It really does stretch the long head of the tricep good and can be loaded more safely because it's not in a compromised shoulder position. Decent Strength curve as well. Give it a shot, nothing to loose!
I have friend who has been working out for 2 years and has a decent physique but now he has plateaued. He swears he trains close to failure but when I told him to train to failure he did 10 more reps. In fact, when he thought he reached failure, I told him to pick up the weight and keep going and he pushed out 2 more reps. So many people seem to think that their set was hard just because they feel a pump which is just straight up delusional
25:48 If u lower the cable to roughly mid back height and u do the same movement but upwards u can watch yourself do the movement and dont have to slam the rope back to the position
💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 Day 3, 1:00 so true 😄 14:20 yea fr when I finish my workout and lay in bed I can’t wait for tomorrows workout, have to love the stuff you’re doing, and if the workout today was bad I’d just stop it and do a Restday tomorrow aswell, these are the hardest days when you’re just tired and wanna workout but you feel weak, but that can mean you trained great the last weeks so you can chill a bit now, recover and smash the weights in the next week even stronger 💪🏾 55:45 when I try to get stronger for my schräg bench press I usually get weaker for 1 rep in every set (not always ofc) so I try to start with 8 reps, then 7, then 6, and if I fail and only get 5 I will do a drop set, and after these 3 sets I do one with +10 reps with a dropset to be finished with the excercise, but that’s only for the excercises where I wanna get stronger, I do more reps on butterfly machine for example much more, 1-3 reps I only do for fun and very rarely to see how strong I am maybe but there’s no planing behind such a set, but on a insane day it can’t hurt to try these new weights who are waiting on you in the future hopefully 😂
i love sam to death but bro gotta start droppin the workout in the description box. i need to get my lift and day started and i cant watch an hour long vid every morning
One reason not to go to failure is if you are doing full body 5-7 times per week. And if you have to do something or defend yourself on the "rest" days.

I prefer to get crazy 🤣
there was a dude at my gym with a huge massive gym bro dumptruck and always went for the middle
funny thing was.. i saw him in cyprus after ages

I fall asleep with intention on these Videos, you help me rest and I appreciate these videos, daytime naps are essential for a reset of the day
Same but sometimes I wake up from his loud grunts 😂
The way that he is just this super humble guy who talks to his camera as if it is a real person giving legit advice is amazing.

I'm digging the hour long videos, i can press play and have you there for my entire workout for the day 😄👌
Dude is right FAILURE IS THE BEST WAY , look at the people around him barely doing anything and Sam working his ass off and feeling PAIN .
The people who are "barely" doing anything go to the gym for a reason and that's to improve
Both triceps and forearms are showing serious gains. Keep up the good work man
“Stick your butt up against the upright.. not the middle. I’m not crazy” made me laugh mid set I had to put the weights down haha

yo i fw this heavy. it feels like im actually having a conversation w someone and im js nodding my head cs everything he says is FACTS
I hardly ever see anybody sweating at the gym, it's all kids doing lat pull downs looking bored with plenty of screen time between sets
Hate that shit man... I needed the cable machine tonight and a kid was literally sitting down in front of it with her shoes off on her phone

Lol I know...he really needs to keep hammering overhead movements if he wants his tris to improve. Push downs are great but they can't be the only thing you do
he needs to put the pulley lower. These barely hit the long head.
His triceps are lacking, he needs to prioritize his long head movements.

I also agree that bodybuilding isnt about heavy weights, but rather about the mind muscle connection, it will lead to improved workout results too.
