Sisters' bikers, Sisters' landrider, and aircraft unit(s) are what the Sisters needed. But based on the consensus, this codex is so good that it'll make Mubin growth Smooth silky hair
In my opinion, they need another battle line unit. Let's be honest, battle sisters squad is bad. And now they are even worse. SoB need more battle line units, specially now, when this season is going to be around battle line units.
Sisters needed an Infiltrate unit and we got it so pretty happy with the rules. Now for the points!
Model wise cavalry over bikes for me fits the Sisters aesthetic much better. Agree on the Landchurch (raider) but aircraft units belong in the bin so happy we didn't get one.
@@ScapegoatStephen infiltrating sisters sounds like lore unfriendly, but a cavalry of sisters as a battleline sounds too good to pass
@RevanR maybe on the Infiltrators but mechanically we needed them so glad we got them.
Horseback battleline is a little dangerous due to how fast they would likely be but I'd like to see cavalry in the faction.
Both Sororitas and GSC are EASILY the strongest release pairing to date, Tyranids and Space Marines were ok, Necrons and AdMech were night and day of each other with AdMech feeling woefully poor by comparison, Orks and Custodes were strong but still felt flat in places but both Sisters and Cults feel like strong and ultimately balanced codices from what I've seen, all of the Detachments feel competitive and useful even the Penitent Host feels good
Custodes are held up by thier datasheet not thier codex.
The nerf to GSC with thier demo charge hurts them but nothing like admech though.
Sisters is still worlds above GSC and I would say is at least on par with Orks

The Seraphim Hand Flamer combo is the one I am SO excited for. I've always liked Seraphim and tried them multiple times, but the Hand Flamers never really hit hard enough to be worth the cost IMO. Adding the 12" +1, and then the Strategem. WHEW. If I could drop a Seraphim group and actually heavily damage or even wipe a group of enemy battleline, suddenly their point cost isn't just worth it, but absolutely some of the best points per model I can think of. Especially if you shoot and scoot them behind terrain after blasting, and keep them hit and running the enemy back line.
They've always been very good in 10th as utility pieces / move blockers / action monkeys with decent anti chaff damage but not hitting all that hard.
Now they have some real damage potential, especially with the +1 to attack enhancement and with the dev wound strat that can be triggered for free with the jump pack canoness

Little clarification, he said first time an act of faith is used on the dialogus unit, the die is changed to a 6. It is "Each" time an act of faith is performed.
Thanks for giving your thoughts on combos. I had a question, around the 7:00min mark, you talk about gaining what sounds like 3 CP in one round. The core rules state you can only ever gain one additional per battle round on page 11. Maybe I misunderstood your MV combo. Interested in your thoughts!
I believe he meant gain Miracle dice not CP, since thats what the combo does.

Cover on the new codex is so bad in my opinion!!! The one for the special edition version however is absolutely amazing!!!!
I love it. It's got a kind of quiet dignity to it. I remember falling in love with Sisters when a guy at my old LGS described them to me. Something along the line of:
"You hear them approaching before you see them, a chorus of hymns being sung in perfect unison. Then a golden light and the flames of braziers break the horizon and the Sisters march forward in song before, after drawing close, they go from being a composed procession like something at a religious ceremony to a terrifying charge of flame and bolter fire. Seraphim desend from the sky like angels. And then you're dead. Probably having died very painfully to a handheld holy flamethrower."
I'm prolly misquoting it a bit, and he took a few liberties with the description, but as a kid the visual in my head just had me in awe and this cover makes me think of the dignified hymn procession right before the lines of battle are drawn and the charge begins.
