You know what was so great about this, was I got to see nick in a more competitive game, really showcase how great a player he is. Stephen is such a great opponent but each turn was haymaker after haymaker and I have never been more impressed by nick than I have in this one. Both players walked in like lions and it was so fitting to end the game with that super cool final fight

Yes, and honestly this match supports a theory of mine that if models would remain on the table until the end of Round 1 things would be a lot more fun and better balanced.

Not to mention its new enough it will take some time to figure out the changes, which is even worse due to how backwards Kayoun lines up to realities of scoring, while the new 3 function in a way that requires a different mind set than Kayoun.

Seems Steven forgot the Blessings roll there for turn 3. It wasn't shown, but he later used the 5+ fnp on the exalted eightbound, which would've required the blessing to improve it from 6+ to 5+ for that, so everything else should've had a 6+ if that were active.
Can someone explain what happened at 29:33, an Exalted Eightbound Champion wounded a Crisis suit unit with 10 damage and no saves were made but only one model ( each model has four wounds I think) was destroyed!?. Should the Exalted Eightbound Champion not have killed at least two models?
But don't 5 attacks go through with 2 damage each so 10 in total? So should two models not have been killed? Sorry for the confusion, I'm a new player and I'm just trying to understand the game better @@PlayOnTabletop

We had breachers already... Genuine curiosity, you see the points and the rules. What is it about the codex you're happy about direction wise? We've been more limited than ever in an army that prides itself on its customization. Our data sheets are over costed in the extreme and the rules are quite lacking including Mont'ka being unusable due to sequencing and how they changed market lights. Where is the good?
Man I love it when a fully melee faction like world eaters of blood angels wins games against a faction like tau (fuck them) that just shoots you all day long. Melee is so much more badass and satisfying gameplay-wise.
Combat Cards is great, I joined after these guys kept plugging it & it's good fun. Definitely use the "explosions" code word once you're in - yes, even if you don't love Tau!

Just a heads up. A Tau unit can not guide and then also be guided in the same phase. In turn 3 the Y'vahra guided the Crisis team and then later in the same shooting phase was guided by Farsight.

Calling it a "game" is charitable. I am in no way faulting Playon, they're just doing what they need to do to keep the lights on, and I want this channel to thrive. Just trying to warn anyone who saw the endorsement and got curious.

Only been playing and watching 40K since the start of 10th. But that ending was the craziest I’ve ever seen.
