To my eyes the aluminium GMT bezel is just much more attractive than the current Cerachrom, which is cluttered up by oversized numerals. A 16710 with a modern Jubilee bracelet for me is the ultimate GMT-Master II.
You show so many of them that you'd think it would be kind of ho-hum at this point, but a steel Oyster(of any kind) with a black dial is so satisfying on so many levels. Particularly with a black graduated bezel. It's like bedrock.
The alum black Bezel and the cerachrom bezels are both pretty nice.. but the biggest difference is the quality of the steel bracelet. The modern GMT bracelet quality is hands down superior than those of the older GMTs.. not even a comparison
I have a 2003 GMT ‘Coke’ variant bezel. However my bezel is extremely stiff and has no click. I can’t remember if they should click? I was wondering if the click spring has come out and wedges itself making it very stiff to turn. All the best
I like the all black aluminum bezel on a 16710 much more than the pepsi or coke bezels. I suppose I prefer the all black submariner 16610 as well. On the newer ceramic GMTs 116710 I don't have the same opinion for some reason--love the batman, the pepsi, etc.

I think the same !
Totally agree. A Jubilee is so underrated on the rolex sports models (GMT, Explorer II, Submariner).

I have a 2005 coke. Yes the bezel clicks. Yours probably just needs a cleaning
