Definitely keep the mustang heritage if y’all do a motor swap. Keeping it a classic style, you could do a 5.0 HO swap or a 351w. If you’re doing a resto mod, could go with a terminator or a coyote swap. Love the videos keep it up 👍🏻
Absolutely love Victorias car. I’ve restored many of the early Mustangs(well specifically 67-68’s) . There’s definitely some areas you should check for rust. Especially the floors. The rear quarters usually get rusted out as does the doors on the early Mustangs. The cowls can rust and the engine compartment near the shock towers can also rust pretty bad. Just a few things I would check on it. But the car looks great Ev
Which Mustang 65-69 would be the best purchase for a project car? best on rust/price/long run? I'm looking on restoring and make it into a daily driver.
@@dep7up really any of those years in a coupe form is going to be your cheapest and best bet. Rust tends to be in typical areas for each year. From doors, to quarters and floors. It’s all in how much money and time you want to invest
Resto project for someone you love is the kind of content that shows real character. Throwing yourself all in on the old paint so she can enjoy it right away was killer. Great videos. Excited to see where you go with it!
Now that she has her own dream car, I think we would love to see her make content for this channel too. Be kinda cool to see content from both of you with the cars. Much love my man killer video again❤️🔥👌
Rejuvenating and polishing cars is not an easy skill to accomplish, I think you are one of the few "CarTubers" who posses this skill and hot dog you did a great job on this Mustang.
I think everyone can agree, FULL SEND IT! Let victoria drive it while parts arrive. Then strip it down to bare metal and fix everything properly and do a full re-paint! We all know you have the skill and passion to make this thing perfect!
As the owner of a 66 AMC Marlin, I am seriously excited to see some classic car content on your channel!! That is one good looking pony and as always I love the content! I have loved it since the SC300 days and I am so happy with how you and Victoria have grown and continued to pump out great content with a good attitude and vibe 😊
It’s really Cool seeing her so excited about the car. I’m proud of you bro you guys are definitely couple goals. Can’t wait to see what she does with the car
I wish i got to see more of that red evo... it has the best paint job and scheme ive ever seen and i try to pause it whenever its on screen just to look at it.
I have seen every video from the Xion XB exhaust videos all the way to today. It's amazing to see how far you have come and how much you have accumulated over the years, to finally having a baby. Very proud of you dude, it's like watching an old friend succeed
Great job Evan! Don't blame you for not going too crazy with it since it'll be resprayed after fixing some panel issues. Looking forward to seeing this unfold.
Man! I have got to thank you again for putting me onto this band! I'm absolutely in love with their music now. I always never really liked the whole guitar, drums, & rock out kinda music, but these guys have really hit the sweet spot for me.
Daily advice today is spot on. I am in sales and have found a lot of success by just being productive and doing the work as it comes. It can be easy to put things off in this industry but I can promise you it’s much worse getting caught up than it is to stay ahead.
Stick with your idea of a barra swap aussie style Victoria had a v8 she needs her own turbo sounds in her life👌 so happy for you Victoria and bubs, can't wait to see you girls go shopping in this classic😊well done Evan 👍
4.6 3v swap would really cool for this car, stock like exhaust with axles backs and a h pipe and you have a classic sounding v8 that makes good power. Great car though.
Wow... One of the few times I actually listen to your advice, I get something I really needed. Thanks, Evan. (no offense btw, I'm really stubborn about letting people help me out. I won't even take advice from my own blood, most times.)
Hey, Evan. My dad and I have 2 1964.5 Mustangs we’re restoring. They’re almost identical to the ‘65. The issue on the quarter panel was most likely that the quarters were replaced and they didn’t do it properly. You have to blend up into the roof with the body filler and make sure all the lead is out. Looks like it was just a bad job done here because you can see the ripples up on the lower part of the roof where the quarter would meet it.
Evan this misting is going to be so sick. My dad had a 66 about 15 years ago. You gotta keep it a classic with a 302 and a 4 speed. This thing will turn a lot of heads.
Great b4 and after....get it running let her drive it around a lil and then dive full in on the resto....give her the taste of it and the crave to make it new again is gonna be bad! Cant wait to see it done
it's in way better condition than I thought compared to the first video. which shows how important cleaning and detailing is. but it's definitely got flaws.
Man, detailing videos are so satisfying to watch! I know it was a LOT of work on your end, but this thing is looking SICK! It's not mint, because let's face it, it's almost a 60 year old car and it's not gonna be mint that quickly lol. Can't wait to see what y'all come up with for this beast!
Hey Evan! The reason there is bondo in the quarter panel is because of the seam between the quarter panel and the roof. That seam was originally lead, but when you put replacement quarter panels on the car, you have to bondo that seam. No reason to worry about bondo in that area, it’s normal.
Evan man you did an amazing job my dad is a paint and body guy so I can really appreciate a good detail job I can't wait to see the car when it's completely repainted
Long time sub here and man you came a long way still killing the detailing keep it up also you and Victoria have the cutest baby in the world God bless yall
Hey comment is probably going to get passed over but I’ve been watching your videos for at-least the last 6 years but anyway i finally qualified as a Earth moving mechanic and hearing your advice from this video i can clearly add to saying hard work is needed focus is needed and the will to continue too hang in there and just push forward you will achieve great things! Love you Bud keep up with the great videos!!
I love that Victoria is into muscle cars. The Mustang is looking good, it's a great 20/20 car - 20 feet away, 20 miles an hour. I can't wait to see what she decides to do with it! I absolutely *LOVE* seeing girls into cars. Can't wait til it's done, I'm sure Victoria is chomping at the bit to drive it - I would be!
Love this car! I hope you keep it classic with the mods…maybe a rebuilt 289 small block & upgraded 4 speed (period correct) manual trans…that would be sweet to watch!

I’m 22 and got my dream 1967 Mercury Cougar that has the same drive train and interior ideas as the mustang so it’s cool watching these videos!
Looking forward to this build!! Was always a classic pony car guy!
I dig the music!
Can’t wait to see more Mustang content! Best car in the fleet man!
Man! I have got to thank you again for putting me onto this band! I'm absolutely in love with their music now. I always never really liked the whole guitar, drums, & rock out kinda music, but these guys have really hit the sweet spot for me.

Never heard the band before that this video has but their music is amazing!
OMG HER CHEEKS 🥺 8:16 also at 8:42 when you scared her she replied “huh?” thinking you were trying to get her attention. Smart baby 😂
I love that Victoria is into muscle cars. The Mustang is looking good, it's a great 20/20 car - 20 feet away, 20 miles an hour. I can't wait to see what she decides to do with it!
