- Finally pulled out the OG 120cc Stroker Honda Elite today for some tuning. We fixed wiring and more on the Honda Dio headset swap as well!

I have a Vento zip r3i turbocam moped it has a malossi big bore 70 CC sport kit has a stage 6 variator jetted carb and yasuni adriniline racing exhaust

I custom built a stage 6 Throttle assembly on my bike a few years ago. It is a great addition when running full speed.

My 77cc vertical minarelli went 5.4 0-60, and my 2fast 100 still in tuning has been 3.8 0-60. Wish I could post dragy pics and videos in these comments. I really want to see a dragy video of that teal Honda.

Dude that thing is so sick lol I wish I kept my little Honda Aero and af16 swapped it. There’s just something fun about those little Honda motors that gets lost in the more plush pit-bike feeling of the zuma

u might have already figured it out but Quadlock has some great phone mount+cases, not 100% sure if their antivibration kit attaches properly to a scooter but it might be something to look into

Ive got a 100cc 2 stroke yamaha aerox im working on right now, i recently put the 125cc cylinder kit and some other mods i hope it goes a around the same speed as youre 120cc bike. Also do you ever plan on buying and modding any large cc 2 stroke vespa bikes?

Hey, two questions from Germany! First: What is the Name of the pipe? i've seen this kind of pipe on aliexpress but i cant find it anymore. And second: is it legal to tune your scoot in the us? In terms of tune i also think of basic thinks like removing the ring in the variator. Cheers!

I got a 150cc Gy6 bike got it straight piped haven’t messed with the jetting or carb at all runs pretty good just pops a bit when I let off the throddle you think it’s bad for the engine ? since there’s no back pressure ?

Dude what is all that on your air filter looks mean wanna do.same thing to my bike but have a clue what it's called. Not the actual air filter but what it's placed on
Question: If it's a CVT, why does it need a whole separate clutch?
otherwise it would have no idle, it would instantly start moving under any rpm
What size carb are you running? Your jets are like the same size I run in my 72cc with 28mm carb lol

Is it necessary to port a 70cc cylinder (round off the exhaust and intake ports)? I have one coming in tomorrow for a horizontal minarelli and I don't want to mess up because the scooter is my current A to B. Much love from Australia

I don’t know why tuning is so confusing for me. If it was running lean in the top end, why change the pilot???
it was running rich bottom end and lean top end, changed the pilot for the bottom end. and the main jet for the top end

What jet do you use for a 70cc 2stroke
jetting all depends on the bike, your elevation, your air density etc. it’s different for every bike and changes on where you’re located as well
