Vegan Hot Cocoa Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (natural or dutch-processed cocoa, either is fine)
1 cup plant-based milk
1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup or other sweetener of choice (adjust amount to your taste)
Pinch of fine sea salt
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the cocoa powder dissolves. Whisk continuously until it comes to a boil. Immediately turn off the heat and pour it into your favorite mug. Top with vegan marshmallows and enjoy!!
