So I wanted a full frame camera and was in the camera store to choose between the A7CII and A7RC. I bought the ZV-E1. The ZV-1M2, ZV-E10 are great also. Whatever you pick is right for you. I bought the white color versions of the ZV-E1 & my second ZV-E10 for the pop and keeping the cameras cooler in the warmer weather here in Texas. Cheers!
If it’s just for still videos like that, it’s fine. As soon as you start to move, that camera falls apart. Stabilization is REALLY bad, crops a lot and rolling shutter is insane. That ZV-E20 would probably fix that all as you mentioned.
Sony's IBIS is really bad, if you want some stable footage you will need to buy a gimbal whether it's ZV-E10 or any high-end camera like A7IV, A7SIII etc.
@@DespotRus I believe Sony fixed that with the ZV-E1 and its Dynamic Stabilization. It sure crops but with an ultra wide lens it’s fine. The problem is the price 🤷♂️
@@dougmorato Yeah, you can definitely get away with it, however, it's always cheaper and better to use gimbal, e.g. Pocket 3 is a gimbal camera itself.
For the sake of your RUclips channel I'd be interested to see your take on the a6700. I imagine I'm not the only one. Especially with your experience with the other cameras that you have. And a comparison in the way that you tend to do would be nice too
Thank you very much, If I get one, I will for sure do some comparisons and give you an honest take on it! I appreciate you watching and the comments! It inspires me!
I'd love a ZV-E10m2 too, but my m1 works just fine in conjunction with a Pocket 3. My bro who does paid professional corporate videos uses a RED cam as his A-cam and a 6700 with a sigma 18-50 as his B-cam and unless your a camera nerd (like me) you 100% can't tell! Its all about lighting, lighting, lighting and LUTS is what I've learned from him.
As a Canon M6 Mark Ii owner, I wanted to stay in the Canon ecosystem for my lenses. (EF) I originally purchased the R10, and after a month I sold it to get an R8, as I have never owned a full frame and wanted to take advantage of lower end of year prices. (Paid $1081). A used R10 can be had for $600 at times, and there are many inexpensive EF lenses that can be had for cheap, as long as you have the $50 adapter. If anyone asks me what the best bang for the buck camera is right now, I would probably say a used R10. And if somsone wanted the best bang for the buck full frame, I do not see a better option than the R8. I was able to get all the lenses I needed for RUclips and pics for under $700. (16, 24, & 50) I am sure photographers would want to add the 35mm, and that would add $400. (All. Prices used, as there is great availability.) - Frank
Yeah Frank I agree, I also had the 35mm for the Canon and that lens is great! The R8 is the best bang for buck new camera you can buy no question. The only one in that price range that does 4k60 uncropped as well with a great screen (way better than sony back screen on anything in price range). I am just so used to Sony that is where I feel most comfortble using, but the R8 is amazing!
@@breakfastforyousoul I understand not wanting to switch. I spent two weeks looking at Sony APSC. And my lens investment held me back. And when I decided to sell the R10 to go full frame, the Sony price for a used ZV-E1 being $800 more than the R8 kept me from pulling the trigger. I did WANT one though! - Frank
I had the R10 as well and sold it, but the R50 is just as good for the most part.. Great Cameras at good prices for the features, But Canon is held back by its Lack of no Third party lenses. If they were open to sigma, for sure the R50 and and R10 would be amazing..
@@breakfastforyousoul I used a Sigma 17-50? 2.8 with my M6II and R10. Wonderful lens. Hopefully the rumors are true, and Canon will open the mount. It's not like it was a few years ago though, the R mount has "full coverage," and what would be nice now is specialty lenses. Pricing on good Sigma lenses, new, is not too far off Canon lenses! I fear we may be past "cheap" lenses, - Frank
Truth! But you get going on this and it is just so fun to try out the other cameras! LOL. I got a Gear aquisition bug I guess! You are so right! I dont need another camera! Yet DARN IT! I still want to play with the other cameras to try to find something close to as good or better for much less, I am on a mission I guess! Thanks for watching!
@@breakfastforyousoul Mate I'm the same 😆 I bought the A7Siii recently. Now I'm thinking I want a travel camera. Either an ZVE1 because its a bit cheaper than the A7Siii or an S5iiX. God I keep thinking I need this and that. Need to stop. I'll stop eventually 😆
I have the FX6 and now the small ZVE1 too and I really love it 😍 great picture quality 🎥 a perfect fullframe cam for holidays

Yeah! That is what I am hoping for! The ZVE-20 upgraded features without the fluff under 1000 dollars and it will be a big hit.... Hopefully!
Totally agree! Use a Gopro, action, pocket 3 or phone for vlogging nowadays, but for static tripod shots the ZVE-10 is Amazing for real! @@DespotRus

Thank you! 😊😊
What camera was this shot on?
The walking part was just my GoPro 100, the other 2 was with the ZVE10 and ZVE1.😊😊
