I am so excited for ITH and everyone who wants to be part of an ITH community! This is so gorgeous, both the town and the property. Too bad for Newport, they missed out on this opportunity. Someone there was shortsighted and, once again, proved that when one door closes, another opens - to an even more beautiful prospect.
Welcome to Abbeville! I live in McCormick County just 8 miles out of the town of Abbeville. This is a beautiful quant “Mayberry hometown feel” kind of place. Whether you were raised here or have just arrived, you are welcomed with open arms, friendliness, and you fit right in the family! The only rush is when the opera house doors open for a show! We do offer stores and eateries in Abbeville to meet your needs but have those “big city” stores in Greenwood SC moments up the highway. Even there is slower paced than other cities of it’s size. We love to call this home!
What a lovely little town. I love the brick streets, the town square , the magnificent old church & the fabulous old homes. I can see why y’all are so excited!!! I love small towns like this. You guys are going to make a wonderful community there.

Good Morning Amanda & Randy 🌻 Watching this from Northern California. What a wonderful small town, love everything about it. When one door closes, another one opens! Blessings sent on your next Tiny Home project 🙌
Haha! I have to laugh, because you and I - and so many others - have posted the same 'doors' aphorism. This situation is an absolutely perfect illustration of it!
What a nice town and friendly community. Welcoming Tiny Homes to add more people (and boost their economy). Seems like a win win for everyone. Looking at a map it looks like hospitals, grocery stores, and even Dollar Tree stores :-) are nearby.
My 3rd Great Grandparents came from Abbeville to Florida in a covered wagon abt. 1850. Their parents are buried there. Blackburn/Huey/Hughey. Will definitely visit some day. Lovely town.
Oh Wow! When one door closes another opens wide up!! I love that little Creek!❤️ ITH Incredible Tiny House is getting ready to kaboom and Bloom!!! Beautiful land
Love the brick streets. Reminds me of my early childhood. The town is absolutely beautiful and CLEAN. The church is gorgeous. It reminds me of a light up decoration my family always had as a Christmas decoration. The inside is gorgeous. I would rather see the inside being brick. The stained glass is beautiful and is rare to see anymore. OMG! That is such wonderful news that the town leaders are so interested in welcoming a tiny home community. Randy, if I had the money, I'd be there in a heartbeat. I'm so excited about this new community.

A unique and proud historical town--I am imagining a 'community' called 'Sleepy Hollow'--in which each resident reflects' Abbeville with the way their tiny home exteriors are presented.-----I wish I wasn't living on the other side of the world
Good Morning Amanda & Randy 🌻
Watching this from Northern California.
Welcome to SC ! Abbeville is a great place for your tiny home community!
Beautiful community and property.
Beautiful town 🙂 The Episcopal Church is beautiful ❤️
What a nice town and friendly community. Welcoming Tiny Homes to add more people (and boost their economy). Seems like a win win for everyone. Looking at a map it looks like hospitals, grocery stores, and even Dollar Tree stores :-) are nearby.
An honest to goodness small town WONDERFULL
For real... gorgeous.
Absolutely beautiful blessing such a blessing❤
Beautiful little community and a great property. Hope you have great success in your development of your tiny home community.
Road trip!!!!! I’m Episcopalian and so want to see this town, church and all !!!! ❤❤❤
Beautiful New slowly growing Tiny Home Community Revitalizes the town. New Tiny Home Community residents Revitalize The Church!
