Why not memorized? We encountered Dora at Cooper (Oberlin) years back and I'm sorry she just came across as a first class loon (wearing mis matched shoes and generally acting psycho). That was the year that she wouldn't recuse herself from the final judging, and what do you know, they had a "co-winner" that included her student. Imagine that. Nice to see she has chops though. Sadly, for me her antics at Cooper eclipse them.
She is really magnificent...I love her fiery temperament. She has a big Oistrakhian tone too - not sure if she studied with him, or who she studied with? I know she's really respected and I've known some people who played in her master classes in Europe. I don't think she has played much here in the United States.

When you look at her fingers there are shorts and chubby but very soft and flexible ,wow.
