I'm at 160k miles and changed my oil every 5000. full synthetic.
Prices are crazy. I have a 14’ 6mt sport same color.
Belt continetial $25. 5min to install
Valve cover $35. 1hr to install.
Trans fluid $8 qt (2) . 15min job
Plugs $8 a piece 20min job
Its crazy how much they make.

Good quality parts just cost money. That’s just how it is.
