The author remains quite unknown except for a few hints provided by the book itself" just google and u will learn more ... the man is just speaking words with no understanding

If we say something is poetic, it doesn't mean it is necessarily untrue. Poems can be written about real events. So if it's said that the Book of Job is poetic, it simply means that it was written poetically. It's not saying if it's a poem; it means the story doesn't reflect what it's supposed to reflect.
