    Curious to know if your working set was closer to 450-500 how you would structure the warm up. Personally I find that prepping the body for the larger loads requires larger jumps up and about 20-25% off in the drop set

    Seems pretty intense to me. Can you do anything else after this? Your system is probably exhausted.
