For anyone in Australia, I worked out that a Penny is the size of a 5 cent piece. Jocelyn, I have had a look in your Etsy store, and I am exhaused just looking at all the things you have made. I am trying not to be too hard on myself for taking 2 hours to do your 5 petal flower last night, and having it end up mangey. You clearly have put a lot of work into refining your skills. I am excited to try the Double Hoop Swirl. Thank you for your clear and up close tutorials.
Thanks so much for sharing that tip! ^_^ Yes, my Etsy shop is the product of 10+ years of jewelry making and wire wrapping learning... you wouldn't recognize the first things I made, haha. So please don't be hard on yourself at all :) I hope you enjoy creating these earrings!
I’m glad I watched this a second time. I had missed two important things the first time. One is using the hammer on the flat and then the round. I have always struggled to get a decent texture on my wire. Thanks so much for your beautifully designed tutorial.
Thank you for sharing how to make swirl hoops and I'm also glad you left in the mistakes you made in the video cause it really helps me out when I make mistakes and how to fix them. ☺ Thank you! 👍👍👍👍👍
I was thinking as I made coffee this morning, I should see about finding a tutorial on hammering jewelry wire to see if there’s anything I should know before I purchase the hammer, block and decent wire. Bam! There you were with this beautiful tutorial. So timely for me. Thank you for teaching me jewelry making. 💕
I love the hoop and swirl design. I am going to make this earring include a pair of latte earrings my neighbor bought me for Christmas. I love hoops and I love those coffee earrings, but I would love them more as a hoop! Thanks for your creativity and video for us all to learn from!
Congrats! so glad to see you back, I have been following your videos while battling cancer and you have helped me so much! Now I have all this jewelry and don't know what to do with it! lol!
Thanks so much for this tut! I've seen earrings like this before, but never thought I could make them!! These'll be great Christmas gifts. Congrats on your engagement; I wish you a long, happy marriage. (37 years here) Your ring is lovely! It'll twinkle beautifully while you work with these sparkly beads! ❤
First of all...Congratulations! Second of all...Love that gorgeous ring! And last but not least, I love your tutorials. They are so easy to follow, and I am ready to try this little beauty!
I just found your channel and this is probably the first time I've found tutorials that I really like styles of earrings and believe I can do! THANK YOU!
Congratulations💞 Beautiful ring, really happy for you honey😁 Thank you for all the great videos, I'm just learning but find them easy to follow. 💞Wishing you lots of love, luck & happiness for the future💞
Awwwwwe💗💗💗💗🙏🏾 Congratulations AND Many Blessings towards your union👑🎊🎉🍾🥂😊 FINALLY have time to work on crafting and while nursing a "sore" finger I started watching your earring tutorials💗💗💗the last time i was at the craft store (LITERALLY 2weeks ago😬)my daughter was laughing at me because i was debating purchasing the hammer set....im so damn pumped to go buy it today i can't sleep now....its 1am and they don't open until 9😕😒😆
Jocelyn D I love your videos. I have made several different pieces. I was wondering if you would ever be able to measure the height and width of the earring for me? I like the penny as a measuring tool, but if you wouldn't mind measuring the height for me, I would be grateful.
I actually thought she was trying to make a heart with her hands and fingers at the beginning before the reveal, new here, came across your video watching wire wrapping.
Congrats, beautiful ring❤️ Thank you for your great tutorials. Sooo inspiring👍 20 gauge must be hard to work with. I will try to make it with 22 gauge.
Hi. Are the chain nose pliers that you have serrated or smooth in the tip? The one you recommend is serrated. Wouldn't that damage the wire. Thank you.
Hi Eliane! The smooth tips for sure! Serrated would definitely mar most jewelry metal types. I just double checked the link on my end, and it takes me to the standard (smooth) tweezer nose pliers that I use, so I'm not sure what's going on on your end.
@@FantasiaElegance if I order standard they are not serrated. The other one is. I had to read many comments and one of them explained. Thank you again. I love your tutorials
