Employees of the plant told me that the most gigantic cranes today are manufactured by XCMG Corporation from China, and their crawler cranes have a load capacity of 500 tons.
DEK crawler cranes made in Russia made in Chelyabinsk have no analogues, because they have a fully electric control drive.
The closest competitors are RDC cranes, this crawler crane was previously produced in the GDR Germany.
Production of Chelyabinsk cranes with electric drive is due to our climate. The Chelyabinsk crane boasts stable performance at ultra-low temperatures.
I am happy that production in Russia is developing, even if not as fast as I would like, but I see that we have our own lifting equipment marked made in Russia, which can compete with foreign manufacturers.
