Making A Magnificent Walnut Conference Table

In this video I build a walnut conference table for a customer. I ordered walnut to be delivered to me. The rough wood that was delivered had a lot more sap than I wanted. I requested heartwood walnut. I ended up using the wood. Tell me in the comments if you like it or not? Triumph or catastrophe?
Some people only like walnut if it is all heart wood. Some people like the look of the sap wood (the lighter color wood grain). Which are you. Let me know in the comments.

I like it but live in Costa Rica if I need 4 feet wide and 15 feet long I just buy a piece and get flattening !

Very Nice... how many hours did you have to invest in that project?

I have it tracked and documented somewhere in my original billing for the customer but I am not sure now. Tons and tons of sanding.
