I've been dealing with this for 10 years. It's been cold a month now where I live and I can't take it anymore. If I sit at all my feet and hands are pure white and hurt so much 😢

I work on walkin freezers and low temp coolers often, do your fingers feel like they have sand in your joints and pop and grind when you try to move them? I can walk in a -10f freezer and in 2 mins if the air is blowing directly on my fingers it will feel like something is stuck in my joints and if I forcefully move them my joints "pop" and grind and it hurts really bad!?!!??

@jabroski69 I wouldn't say necessarily sand more like pins and needles when it is flaring up I've also been experiencing discomfort while sleeping, my arms going numb to my fingertips. There are chargeable hardwarmers you could use while on break if you get one. I hope it gets better for you

I hope and pray they find a cure for this ... I've had it for 10 years now and no matter what I do nothing helps and I can't live a normal life anymore . I'm so tired of being cold and in bed with heating blankets all winter and all summer

so true….. I was told by a doctor 2 years ago that the side effect of using certain drugs in surgery can cause Raynauds eg Atropine ….. this happened to me, I didn’t end up having surgery but noticed after the drug was administered my finger tips were white….. stress is the main factor for me which causes my Raynaud’s flare up….

When my hands do this I shake them hard back and forth really quick and I get blood flow back . Had to warm your hands up with water sitting up in a tree in the middle of winter time

I have raynaud in both my fingers and toes, with my toes it feels swollen and weird (it’s not swollen but it feels so) and in my hands it feels feelless and usually doesn’t hurt but I can control my hands less good when it happens. Also I read once it usually comes when you are an adult but I have been having it since puberty. 80% of people with Raynaud are female and if your parents have it you have a higher chance of getting it too. F you forget your gloves during winter YOIR hands will be unable to move in minutes 💀

No don’t put it under warm water, it does not help long term, you just have to keep moving and try to naturally get the blood flowing
