Thanks for sharing. PAP cannot afford to let HDB price to continue to rise. Once people cannot afford, they'll vote for opposition. HDB must remains affordable. Recent rapid rise shows that the government implementation of the cooling measures too little too late.
From the strong support for new Singapore President it shows most people are happy with the existing property price. So with inflation property price will be higher in future unless the economy crashes and PAP disbands.
