    How about MIT? It also has a very big exposure in Reits properties, more than 50%?

    Do u foresee these hyperscalers will end up not wanting to manage DC anymore? Like the property sector. Buy and leasing back to ariet, capital mall REIT kind of concept?

      I get to spoke to a data centre reit manager and who in turn work with the hyperscalers directly. they have no intention to take over managing data centres completely. it is not their main business model.

    Maybe 5 to 10 yrs ago invest in Reit is good. Buying now is like behind the curve. The money has already been made. Now have to look for companies that's ahead of the curve
