Good size landed and all the bedrooms are good and spacious but not user friendly for family with elderly on wheelchair.

Should have used good textile to showcase luxury. play with the colors, depth and height. Nice space with huge potential tho. try collab with good furniture store bro

From the strong support for new Singapore President it shows most people are happy with the existing property price. So with inflation property price will be higher in future unless the economy crashes and PAP disbands.

Many people don’t realise it but while these flats and houses are old, they have character and it’s own charm. Thats why many film directors like to film in these locations.

Govt spending 💰 like water, gst and taxs so high. We must have about 5k amonth than we get good life or else we struggle we stress we get sick and hospital bill so high. What happen to my country singapore, alot of homeless nowadays. We are bumiputra we struggle in our country that's so bad.

Thanks for sharing. PAP cannot afford to let HDB price to continue to rise. Once people cannot afford, they'll vote for opposition. HDB must remains affordable. Recent rapid rise shows that the government implementation of the cooling measures too little too late.

What about first time buyers? I'm single and under 35 so I can't ballot for BTO and looking for options... My income is about 7k so it's way below the income ceiling. I just feel stuck :(

As a citizen of Singapore, I'm so glad you like this resort; u might want to go gardens by the bay dome; it has many trees and a waterfall, and it is a beautiful sight to see unless you are also from Singapore.

My late grandma used to stay at blk 45 stirling road just behind shell petrol station back in the 80’s before she passed away in 95 and of course me & my sis used to stay there right after my parents were divorced and back then the lift weren’t every floor thankfully we stayed at 2nd floor and let’s not forget the rubbish bin area was all the way towards the end and we have to walk all the way to the end just to throw rubbish every night

Salam Bro! Want to ask about buying with family member (non spouse) first time home buyers looking at resale flats. The ABSD and BSD is quite high ($25k) since one of us is PR. We don’t have the sufficient cash to pay upfront and only viable option is CPF. However, CPF needs some time for the funds to be released. Are we able to write in to IRAS to ask for a delay and just pay the late payment fee? Or extend the option period and exercise the OTP later to shorten the time between payment due date and completion date? What’s our options? We are also on the lookout for an agent as well! Thanks in advance!
