Let me show you how.
cherry on top with this build is using Targe of the Blooded, 3 bleed damage per second, over 5 seconds, and it stacks. so that with a high powered fortify marksman potion is like an ignite spell. just melts their health bar
I don't think Targe is better than Spellbreaker. Bash damage is calculated off of the base armor rating of the shield, and the Targe has nearly half the armor rating of Spellbreaker. Plus, the bleed doesn't work on the undead or Dwemer automatons. And it doesn't have that psuedo-ward thing either. That being said, you can get it any level, whereas Spellbreaker is only available at 12 (technically you can get it at 10 but that requires you to be lucky with random encounters). So it's probably the best starting shield for this build, if you don't mind going through most of Alftand to get it first.
@@mcgeiler3915 there is a storm cloak champion set of gear from CC that focuses on shouting, might be cool to see a set based around that. Also there is new spells one is to summon a bear.
Next OP reflect damage build. The level 100 Heavy armor perks damage is greater with lower armor. So resto loop to negative value and make a infinite health enchant and boom. Kill all melee units with out attacking
In case you dont know this one (I didnt either until yesterday): If you press wait and drag the button to change the time to 1 hour at the same time you can wait 24h in 1 sec. Might come in handy if leveling alchemie PS: Could you make some updated versions of the early builds (or a new one like an early staff user build idk) I enjoyed them a lot and they didnt consume so much time :)
It works like a charm (dragged the slider to 24h, pressed enter (still holding the slider) and dragged it right back to 1), this is going to save so much time. Thank you, you are my hero :)
Great build! I suggest you to do a build that focuses on ahzidals ring of arcana and the ignite spell. theoreticaly, its effects are stacked, so you can achieve ~30000 dps. There are a lot of videos talking about it, but noone has made a build tutorial like you do, it would be awesome if you did it, because you are really good at this
this is why i'll always play sword and board for melee builds. the shield is just so much fun to use and way more interesting than any dual wield or 2H will ever be to me.

I have to say, this was completely unexpected. When I read the title I thought I'd see that special shield that does bleeding damage. How wrong I was. Facing 2 giants and 2 mammoths at the same time isn't adventurous, it's INSANE considering you're doing it on Legendary. This is why I enjoy watching this so much. Here's a little unknown fact for leveling Enchanting that will be useful when Anniversary Edition comes out. There's a player home named "Myrwatch" that is available for purchase in the Creation Club right now (everything inside the CC will be bundled with AE) that happens to have a staff enchanter, you may say "what about it?", Well this staff enchanter it's different than the one in Solstheim, the one with Meloth has a 95% reduction in enchanting experience, the one in Myrwatch does not, you can skip the annoying dagger crafting part of the video, go to solstheim and complete Reluctant Steward and enchant a bunch of staves you got from Neloth and get to lv100 really fast, won't be cheap though. If you happen to have the Myrwatch creation or playing (in the future) with AE you may want to do this, helps a lot when making lv100 enchanting not a tedium.
I don't think in over a hundred play thrus that I've ever killed Grellog the Kind in that way. Watching that made me laugh way more than it should have and I know what I'm doing to her next play thru.
More or less did this build on Legendary because for much of the early levels you can't peek out from behind your shield for long. I did use swords as well, but honestly didn't need it much. For pretty much every boss fight I get the into a corner and just stagger lock them til they die.. or they one shot me lmao. One bit of advice, Targe of the Blooded synergizes very nicely with Vegetable Soup.. power bash becomes very unnecessary, more of a waste of stamina except for the occasional well-timed power bash stagger. Power bash numbers can get up there but you need the heaviest shields. Also.. Fortify Archery potions will affect power bash damage. It's possible to hit as hard with a power shield bash as a well enchanted and smithed weapon once you have a end-game shield. I'd caution people against playing exactly like this guide however. He does a great job at making it look entertaining... but in reality power leveling all these professions is boring as fk.. just so you can finally roll out well over powered and get bored as fuck with the lack of challenge. Better to just play the game and level these things naturally, while still following his tips for the build itself. The game will be more challenging for a few levels but you'll eventually end up OP anyway.. its Skyrim.. really no need to power level shit. I beat the game (including Dragon Born DLC) on Legendary with the Blackguard Armor and Targe of the Blooded without power leveling anything and with just Blacksmithing, no Alchemy or Enchanting. Just prioritize getting your spell resistance up as quickly as possible, put every single level up into Health, and NEVER get caught without Vegetable Soup. For added challenge, use ZERO potions and only restore HP with food. You'll be surprised even on Legendary how fast it goes from being hard as fuck to being boring as fuck because nothing hurts you any more. And honestly bro.. if you're gonna cheese it this much.. why not just go straight to the midden and summon a full set of enchanted Daedric armor and shield? Can slap a second set of enchants on it when you get your 100 enchanting and can continuously improve the armor rating as your blacksmithing improves.

Ngl you've inspired me to do the same kinda content but for Borderlands 2 with mods (not now but very soon). I like the idea of showing the journey to the build instead of just showing off a build, it's very entertaining and it helps people who are new/behind the curve massively. All this to say I just wanted you to know; I think what you do is so good it made me wanna do it 💜
Let it be known there's a pretty game-breaking bug on the PS4 (and supposedly other consoles) that slows time indefinitely and prevents stamina recovery when Quick Reflexes triggers. I had to reload to a previous save to get out of it, and then reload even further back to when I was horse-bashing to level so as not to take Quick Reflexes at all. As situationally useful as it is, it's not necessary to the build. Otherwise, this is a super fun way to play. I'm loving it.
If you decide to do mods I would like to see a Timelost Dwemer Build. The Mod author gave the race (you): 1. Bonuses to Dwemer Armor & Weapons. 2. Ability to craft Dwemer Tech including automatons. (and Dwemer robot kids to...adopt I think...) 3. Dwemer Power Armor. 4. Time manipulation abilities. 5. To compensate for the above OP nonsense, the Timelost Dwemer get -25% to magic resist and -100 magic regen forever. 6. You can offset the penalty (or simply don't install it) through normal progression and also by crafting Dwemer Cubes that catch magic being hurled at you and store it for you to recharge. Anyway I did a playthrough with it and only really took advantage of half the mod before rerolling to a vampire from another video you did, but I'd like to see an OP Timelost Dwemer with all the options, power armor, animunculus, and dwemer robot kids.
I don't know why so many people use that black book loop method just use the restoration potion loop get 400% enchanting potions with 100 enchanting you can fully reduce all spell costs if you feel like it (great for a mage build because you can do all 5 schools on only 3 items with the duel enchantment perk) so restoration spells won't cost anything but I'd try buffing health and stamina regeneration get that up there high enough and you're basically an immortal tank that can power attack all week without having to worry throw in some fortify block just don't go too far with the restoration potion loop because it will break your character and game that's why I suggest not going over a few hundred percent on the enchanting potions

In case you were unaware. You dont need to steal pholatia it actually grows on birch tree stumps in the rift. A small look will lead you to finding it. They are hard to see at distance though

The bleed damage is fixed at 3/5s. The shield itself is has very weak bash. The bleed doesnt compensate

A nice alternative to Spellbreaker is Auriel's shield which releases blocked damage in bashes

It also benefits from Elven smithing, meaning it can be upgraded significantly higher than Spellbreaker.
