Skyrim Anniversary: How To Make an OP UNARMED GOD Build..

A guide on how to set up the most broken Unarmed build on Legendary Difficulty. Played on the new Skyrim Anniversary Edition, no mods were installed during the playthrough and the build was played entirely on Legendary Difficulty. Anniversary Edition is required for full completion of this build.
Final Stats: Level 42
Magicka 100 | Health 290 | Stamina 320 | All before buffs from equipment or standing stones.
20 One-Handed
20 Archery
15 Light Armor
25 Sneak
22 Lockpicking
20 Pickpocket
79 Speech
100 Alchemy
15 lllusion
15 Conjuration
15 Destruction
71 Restoration
100 Alteration
100 Enchanting
100 Smithing
36 Heavy Armor
15 Block
15 Two-Handed
Perks in order of purchase descending:
Haggling 1/5
Alchemist 1/5
Alchemist 2/5
Physician
Benefactor
Alchemist 3/5
Allure
Merchant
Alchemist 4/5
Alchemist 5/5
Enchanter 1/5
Enchanter 2/5
Enchanter 3/5
Enchanter 4/5
Enchanter 5/5
Insightful Enchanter
Corpus Enchanter
Juggernaut 1/5

Extra Effect

Perks after this can be invested however you like.
Necromage is the most important perk for this build. If you are a vampire you become classified as undead. Due to this, gaining the perk necromage will make it so all your Spells/Enchantments/Potions and even some Perks are boosted by 25%.
All Enchantments and armor items used for crafting can be found at Radiant Raiment in Solitude and Jewelry from Madsi in Riften.
Final Gear:
Iron Plate Helmet - Fortify Restoration + Fortify Magicka
Iron Plate Armor - Fortify Health Regen + Fortify Health
Iron Plate Gauntlets - Fortify Unarmed + Fortify Magicka
Iron Plate Boots - Fortify Stamina + Fortify Stamina Regen
Necklace - Fortify Barter + Fortify Sneak
Ring - Fortify Health + Fortify Unarmed
The most important Enchantment is Fortify Unarmed on both Gauntlets and Necklace.
Feel free to use the brawler gauntlets if you wish, however they do not add any damage to unarmed attacks and are purely aesthetic.
