This recipe SLAPS YO MAMA!!! This was SO GOOD! Added ginger to the mix as well, at the same time as the garlic (shout out to @femmedulce1 in the comments section for the inspiration!). Served with Israeli couscous, air-fried cauliflower spiced with salt, black pepper and paprika, and some air fried green and red peppers. This meal is a PERMANENT addition to our repertoire!

It would be better to make the sauce, let it cool, season the salmon with a little of salt and pepper, marinate the salmon with the sauce for at least 20 minutes, and then cooking the salmon. That way you can get a good sear instead of boiling the salmon, which would give a strange texture.

I did it and broiled it for 10-15 minutes..browned it. yes keep it simple, yes avocado oil but butter is needed for taste (try 1/2/) and yes limes are good too if no lemons. You can pan fry it like it showed and not put in the over. Table top works just as fine.cook till brown, pink or not, its up to you. No big deal. Serve with broken rice (the flavor is seal in this rice try it, Vietnam rice) and veggies... your good to go. Don't forget to serve wine with your meal. Yea man. lv
I have all the ingredients except lemons. I do have limes, can I use them? Can i use bottled lemon juice? Looks so good, don't wanna mess up the recipe. 🙁

fresh lemon is best and lime if So so. Not bottled.
Yes I would use either of those and it wouldn’t really compromise the taste. The nutty butter honey glaze is a strong pronounced taste
