I really enjoyed the new 'fire-declaration-animations' similar to the ones they use over at play on. They are much more immersive than the old arrows you had. Love it
I know they're going to try to get an Abaddon vs Guilliman fight going in the middle and after seeing Abaddon's new datasheet I can already tell how it's going to go.
Yeah each codex that comes out just makes Guilliman even more irrelevant. Hurray. Took me 20 hours to paint that model and he absolutely sucks in game. Such a shame 😂
@@tailssonicteam1604 he doesnt suck hes still a force multiplier reroll hits and wounds for core is still amazing, he just isnt that survivable anymore compared to a lot of things and he cant whoop as much butt but he still beat some ass but yeah hes still very much in 8th edition i feel, needa glow up.

I absolutely LOVE the fact that the chaos player is dressed like a gentleman, and talks like a gentleman...this is very inspiring to me, as I'm painting my chaos knights and my thousand sons army at the moment. I think I'll drink some wine every time it's my turn to play against my enemies when the two armies are ready.
Nice to see "Failbaddon" getting the retcon treatment lol. Truly worthy of the Warmaster title now. Love the animated overlays to help us follow what's going where. Wishing I had my own Mr Chef servo-skull for helping me track rules, big +1 to him for helping us all keep things in order. Mr Bard brings a great energy to the table too. Chaos week is going to be great, this has been a long time coming. I see a little bit of Mr Bone coming through Mr Beards enthusiasm today, and hope he is celebrating the Chaos revival with gusto (Hopefully we see him again at some point for a guest appearance!) As someone who has been watching for a few years now, today's production value was S tier. Great work everyone, you set the standard for what I would consider to be professional, and entertaining bat-reps.

Here is an idea to make things more clear and overall better. When you are rolling against a target, you usually have a side panel on the right. This panel keeps the image portrait of the respective sides "general". Why not put a image of the attacker and on the other side with the target. Makes things cool and clear

Just touching on what Beard said before the battle, Wouldn't Abaddons warlord traits say something like Magnus's? which says in the named characters section of the TS codex. "If Magnus the Red gains /A/ warlord trait, he instead gains three traits" From my understanding of how that is worded, his one trait turns into three, so I'd still only pay 1CP for his trait.

SUCH and epic game! Gorgeous and smooth animations and overlays, loved the shooting graphics. Game itself was perfect especially the Primarch vs Despoiler fight. Awesome work team!
Love seeing the new Chaos marines! The new terrain is way too tall though. Makes it much more difficult to see what is going on. The new animations are pretty sweet. Keep up the good work!
Love the combat FX and the dice box with the VP tracker off to the side. However, I would love to see a battle report channel where they don't focus as much on the players. I can't visualize what's happening on the board so well and follow along with the action with only snapshots of the minis standing there looking pretty. Maybe there can be a static overview camera with short snapshots of the minis and a small-ish box off to the side of the screen where we can see the players' faces and allow them to crack their jokes and show off their personalities lol. Maybe where the dice box is when it's not being used
I love the lore of CSM. My wife is super religious and heard our 8 year old scream "BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!" She stormed into his room and he was smashing a hasbro stormtrooper with a custom mcfarlane world eater I made for him....good stuff lol
You know after you guys mentioned it I think paying No CP for Traits but CP for Relics makes more sense then paying for BOTH. BUT I think what should be done is Traits cost Power/Points. A Trait is somthing kinda baked into a person, its a part of them. So either Power or Points to represent them. Where as Relics are somthing they are picking up and using so they should cost CP.
