He didnt change the catholic stance...the dogma never changed...the catholic pope has said blessings are not to be held away from the sinful including homosexuals...but he never said bless homosexuality or homosexuals cause of their sexuality

This is Eastern Orthodoxy not Roman Catholicism. Pope Francis is a man fully "of the world" and pretty much on-board with any degeneracy that comes to mind. I write this as a Catholic who is seriously doubting the way forward.
Very disappointing but not unexpected. Especially,since adoption by loving and supporting ppl for children would have n oarents etc is not very loving which Christ calls us all to be.

@raymond7427 It is not even appropriate for livestock. It all should be banned. Thank God the new GREEK law at least does not allow for the artificial creation of human beings. Greek law already provided for same-sex couples to have an agreement. This bill was instituted by the so called center right party to "take and issue away" from the socialist. That approach in itself is corrupt and is adding more fuel to the fire of a total right-wing extremist shift that is spreading like a wildfire throughout the world. Many young men are projected to become extreme right soon. Another unethical science based activity, the messing with viruses through gain of function research is what probably unleashed COVID-19 on humanity and "6,982,770 people have died so far from the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak as of February 14, 2024." Hitler was rightly condemned through out history for his slaughter of this number of people. Yet, the majority of people still have not stood firm in the condemnation of gain of function research. The world must have a convention on bioethics that outlaws all activity that has a significant potential for seriously negative outcomes. Just because we can do something, does not mean we should do it.
