The hotel is good but a bit dated now. What I like the best about it is that it has a sort of a "compound" rather than opening directly onto a road and the nice views of the city (if you're on a high floor). But 231k Naira? and that food for 35K looked like a tiny portion.
Looking at it in USD, it may be okay but Nigeria has cheap labor and affordable foodstuff. You can actually get better value in some advanced countries than this so it looks like on the upper side to me. But I think they are just taking advantage of very little competition and many official guests who aren't paying out of their own pocket.

You should consider changing your title. This hotel is world-class standard. I have stayed there few times whenever I'm in Nigeria. It rivals many hotels in Las Vegas and Dubai.

Overhyped! The toilet/bathroom needs to be worked on. The carpets on the 1st floor are worn. Even though its a great idea a 5 star shouldn't be selling anything in the lobby. There should be a designated area for it. It ruins the experience so you should pay less
