Appreciate your country. Ghana is much smaller and the economy of Lagos alone is twice the size of Ghana's economy, check the GDP and tell me if I'm wrong. Nigeria shouldn't even be at this current level, what you're seeing is a delayed development. We should be celebrating much more advanced projects but we thank God still...

It is a good development Imho and if it were in Accra you would have praised it and criticised Nigeria for not having it, right? I have been on the Accra train from Tesano to downtown . It only goes twice a day (once going and once coming back and this one in Lagos is way better although I enjoyed riding the train in Accra because is in Africa. I am happy about the other new metro lines in Lagos too. When they do well, we should acknowledge it.

It's way more cheaper than the regular public transportation, since I started using the blue line from mile 2 to marina i never wish to go by bus ever again 😅😅

@kingmiller7566 1 to 2 thousand naira, what about the millions of poorly paid citizens and some have to take two to three buses to get to work, the government should subsidise it, the government is nothing whatsoever for the people, they are just stealing all the money, while the majority suffer.

All this new train lines are being operated mainly by the Chinese contractors, so maintainance wouldn't be an issue
