I am on my 2nd day of renting the Edge (Titanium trim) from Hertz. I've rented dozens of vehicles over the years. The Edge might be the best vehicle I've ever rented based on acceleration, handling and the comfortable driver's seat. I'm not a fan of the huge screen, but it seems to work well once you get used to it. I would definitely consider buying one, but sadly it appears they are discontinuing the Edge after 2023.
Yeah and they're bringing a new EV called Explorer, which looks remarkably like the Range Rover Explorer, in fact I would say it is a Range Rover with a Ford badge on.
I don't know what kind of an edge you got....I have a 2021 with a boosted 2.0 with a 8spd trans. It is the smoothest and quietest car I've ever owned. On my early spring down and back to FL I averaged 25 city, 28 combined and 32 highway.
I was just going to say something like this - I have a 2021 Ford Edge as well, and I love it! Regarding gas milage, I get way better than 19 on the highway... way better!
The 2022 Edge is an amazing mid size SUV. I've worked in service at a ford dealer for 5 years and this is one of our most reliable vehicles. Also, It's not Fords fault people can't read an owners manual to figure out how the radio screen works. It's extremely easy to navigate. Like everything you said is just complete opposite of all the feedback I've gotten from Edge owners over the years. I had a 22' edge for a demo for a few weeks and was getting 30+ mph highway and 22 city. On top of that it is very comfortable and handles nicely.
I agree with this review. I just rented this car and had to drive 3 hours and I fought the car the whole time. Acceleration was awful, not smooth and the handling was like driving a tank. It was so bad and I thought to myself, is it this rental or is it me or what is up. So when I got to my destination, I looked up reviews on the Ford Edge and this was the first one that popped up. It was spot on. I know they make a sportier model and maybe the suspension and engine/trans are different in that model but for this one reviewed its spot on.
I have a 2018 Ford Edge 3.5L V6 and it is a very fast SUV. The SEL trim incuded panoramic sunroof. So far at 45K miles, no problems at all. I'm very happy with my 2018 Ford Edge.
Just be careful for the internal water pump that the 3.5L has, this is coming from someone that owned a 2014 Edge with the 3.5L. It costs quite a bit to replace it because of how much labor is involved.
The one thing I like about Ford is that they did NOT need to be bailed out by our government! They handled business and didn't need a bailout because they screwed up their finances...

@@shojus Ford took a 6 billion loan at the same time and still hasn't paid it back afaik. You can call it whatever you want it but it was a bailout in all but name. GM and Chrysler covered those within a short period of time. Chrysler only survived since they were bought by Fiat which then got 4 billion from the US gov. Ford was in much more trouble much earlier. Out of the big three the only reason they didn't take more is due to selling off Volvo and Jaguar etc. They also took out extensive loans privately just before the bailouts after the selloffs just to keep the lights on. They downsized considerably.

I dunno what people want from a car, but I’ve been renting one of these for the past week, I’ve found it comfortable, user friendly (I’m over 60 btw never mind 50), lots of space, decent amount of power. I’ve driven far worse!
I have a 2014 FWD Ford Flex with the 3.5, built at the Oakville plant in Canada, where they build the Edges. I have 140,000 miles on mine; except for a very minor suspension repair under warranty, it has NEVER had a repair. I still have the original rear brakes, just did the fronts. I've had upwards of 30 vehicles in my life, including BMW's, Mercedes, Volvo; the Flex is the best bar none. Come to think of it, I've never had a stinker with Ford; I also had a Crown Vic, two Lincoln's and an F-150, all very good.
I have 29K miles on my 2022 Edge, great comfortable car. You want 0-60- times then buy a Redeye or Gt stang. Maybe the only "Fat Pig" is this guys right foot. I towed a 4'X8' Uhaul enclosed trailer from Kentucky to Fl and got his 19.5 MPG. My average is 24 - 27mpg. That includes trips through the Smokie Mnts, the Green and the White Mnts. with plenty of power to maintain posted speeds. I can carry 8ft 2x4's with the hatch closed. They actually have mine registered and insured as an Edge Truck, so I guess he is right there its not a SUV.
I was never a Ford person. I 1st leased a Ford Escape. Then I leased a Ford Edge Sport. I fell in love with my Ford Edge Sport. Then they changed the Sport into the Ford Edge ST. The Ford Edge ST is Hella fast for an SUV. It's a BMW X5 wannabe, lol. I just installed the throttle control module on my Ford Edge ST and it makes a night and day difference my ST. My Edge ST cums fully loaded with all the safety features including lane departure, adaptive cruise control, brake assist and self parking features. The adaptive cruise control is one of my favorite feature on my ST. I use it all the time, no matter what the speed limit is. The lane departure keeps me in my lane at all times. I can even let go of my steering wheel and it will control my steering for a certain amount of time as long as I'm in between the white lines on either side of the road. It also works around curved roads as well. It has the Ford app where I can start my vehicle at any time . I have it set up to turn on right before I have to leave for work. For the price, it packs a lot of features that most vehicles charge you an arm and leg for. Believe me, I've looked around and I did my research. That's why I purchased my lease. I couldn't find a comparable SUV with all these features in it. Ford doesn't stand for, "Fix On Repair Daily" anymore. Now it means "For Only Real Drivers" lol. This is just my input.
Hmmmm.. not sure about this review. I think perhaps you may have a defective one out of the bunch. I had a 2019 Edge Titanium and it was a superb vehicle. It combined 23+ and about 27 highway. . One thing that REALLY makes a difference is if you have a heavy foot. I mean you must really be pedal to the floor quite a lot. Or, perhaps the spark plugs went bad or something. Anyway, everyone's tastes are different. Take care bro.
Bought used 2011 Ford Edge Limited. Well taken care of by only one previous owner. I am blown away by how "nice" this thing feels. Seats are extremely comfortable with electric lumbar support. ALOT of saftey sensors, adaptive cruise control on and on. I can't imagine a better value in a used vehicle. Rides well, tons of get up and go. 3.5 ltr. Super easy to change oil and trans fluid. Blows my much more expensive 2013 Tahoe LTZ away...
Thing is ok in isolation but doesn’t hold up when you compare what you can get for similar $. Fully loaded it tops $50k still with the 2.0. I’d take a Q5, a real luxury vehicle or a Passport w/ the v6 for less.
I own one now and I actually like it. I hate the screen with a passion. I wish they would’ve kept the air control with buttons. The other thing I hate is the seating is too high. And I’d say it’s pretty torque when I take off. Now the trims toe are a rip off as well
Maybe do a video on why you bought a car you don't like. This is a video just to complain about nothing. You complained about a CVT transmission when it actually has a 8 speed transmission. All Ford SUV's suck on gas you if you buy a ford you buy it knowing it sucks on gas.
I have a 2013 Ford Edge with 3.5 v6. It gets 23 mpg around town and 29 mpg on the highway. The driver rear door closed switch has given me problems since new. Ford should have done a recall on this because every single Ford Edge from 2011 to 2015 has this problem. It is dangerous because the inside light won’t go off, at night you are blind. I was going to change the serpentine belt and found out I needed a special tool to do this. I had to go to a Ford Dealer to get this done for $250. I currently have 114k miles on this car and I am getting afraid of the cam phaser failure. Next car will be a Toyota or Honda. I had a 2000 Honda CR-V and put 400k on with very few problems. Good luck Ford, I will never buy another one.
Agreed. My 2013 Edge is the worst Ford I've ever owned. I've been a diehard Ford guy my whole life but these modern Ford's are all low quality junk. I'm definitely going Toyota next.
I just bought one from CarMax for 26K It only had 15,500 miles on it. So far I like it, granted it doesn't feel as nimble as the Escape SEL, but it shifts way smoother, the Escape from Auto start stalls and sputters...but it feels good once it starts rolling.
When said CVT transmission I said, yep this thing is junk. If it has the six speed transmission or even the 10 speed transmission with a 3.6 twin turbo this thing will be worth the money and change the MF screen.
I was a ford fan for years, I have owned quite a few new and used. Their quality has went down big time. We currently own a 2018 fusion 1.5 eco boost, also garbage. When we get rid of it, it will be a Toyota of some kind . I know they have a few issues but their worst is better than fords best!
Well, the slowest Edge (4 cylinder) is over a second quicker to 60 than a Toyota Highlander and faster than a Nissan Murano... what's your point? The V6 is MUCH faster than either.
I've been buying the Buick Enclave since around 2015. Prior to that I started with the GMC Acadias in 2008 and 2012 before they got nerfed. It was more spacious than the Tahoe or Yukon until the new redesign recently with the new suspension (2021+). The 3.6 generally does around 6s 0-60 for such a big vehicle. Gas mileage is similar to this Edge. Ride quality and quiet cabin are pretty good. I need something that can seat up to seven adults and can tow sporadically. I don't think the Japanese have anything that can meet my needs unless you get something like a Seqoia. The Armada might be big enough but it's a Nissan and they've been a garbage brand for almost twenty years.
@@fettaboyproductions6022 My first cars were nissan in the 1990s then they went to trash around Bush Jr Era. Loved the Maxima and Frontier especially. Shame they aren't what they used to be TBH. Anyways it's just one persons perspective or opinion of the brand. You have your own. I used to like VWs in the early to mid 2000s till I owned some same with Mazdas but my experience has been bad with those.
1.6L, 1.5L, 2.0L ecoboost engine with coolant intrusion issues that can destroy the engine a 3.5L V6 with timing chain driven water pump that breaks and spill the coolant in to your engine oil pan destroying the engine, yep I agree with you, Ford is 💩. The best of Ford The indestructible V8 Crown Victoria. The 3.0L 24 valves Duratec V6 The 2.5L 4 cylinder The 2.0L Naturally Aspirated Very reliable engines. I still own a 2012 Ford Fusion with the 3.0L Duratec V6 the engine is good and transmission not bad at all with this configuration but as you mentioned it had a lot of quality issues and believe me this is gonna be my last Ford ever!!
I dig my ‘22 Edge Titanium and get 25 mpg combined with a heavy foot. I have driven many late makes and models via rentals traveling for work and always, ALWAYS am reminded how my Fords are better in every aspect, from comfort and drive-ability to features and reliability (I put 250K on a 2014 Fusion with 0 issues then 240k on a 2017 Fusion with less than 3k in repairs before buying the 2022 Edge.) Who TF buys a vehicle they don’t even like the looks of let alone the driving experience or features inside??
Call .8 to 8 year old model that is due for a redesign There are better options in the class from foreign automakers my family vehicles are Santa Fe plug-in hybrid The tech is amazing i’m disappointed that the edge no longer has a reclining backseat
My Ford Edge has been a money pit since we bought it. I'm lucky if a month goes by where the thing doesn't need something. 170000kms and it's needed alot to stay going. The wastegate on the 2.0 0:03 ecoboost is shot, has been since near new actually. Transmission shifts rough and refuses to downshift properly. My second Ford with sticky shift solenoids. High pressure fuel pump crapped out. Tierods went out at 100000kms which is ridiculous. The Sync touchscreen is dog slow. Chrome is falling off the grill. The leather seats are paper thin and rip easily. Too many things to list. My 1992 f250 has just over 200000kms and I beat the crap out of it and never any issues. Ford gave up on quality years ago.
We have a 2014 ford edge which in my opinion is much better than the later models , 3.5 engine it has good power and good gas mileage for a v6 , so to see the later models that bad it hurts.
By the 3.5 duratec instead. Our previous edge made it to 145k miles but it has rust issues in the A pillar. It was a 2007. Our new Ford edge is a 3.5 liter 2018.
I have a European Ford Edge 2017 Sport and it's a car like any other. With your problems and benefits. We still have the Ford S -Max 2007 and had no significant failure over the whole time - except for liquid and filters except the alternator. For Edge, I bother me to fog rear lights and cracking plastic on them. The truth is the worse workmanship and the throwing plastics on the deck board, the door handles and the middle armrest - Ford really doubted. Otherwise it is a large and easy -to -use car, a kilometer. Here in Europe we have only diesel versions 2.0 TDCI with Bi-turbo 154kW, which is fun against American gasoline engines, but consumption is about 7.5-8l/100km, which is not terrible for these size and weight of the car. There are definitely worse cars and I myself would not buy Edge anymore and bought German production, where the quality of processing is on another level. But otherwise Ford Edge is nothing different from other American productions.
i have this for a rental while my car is getting repairs, it’s all around decent comfy seats, smooth quiet ride, a little dated interior and the climate controls take a little getting used to. but one thing you said is the sound system is great? WRONG, the music sounds like it’s hooked up to a fm transmitter in a 98 neon 😂 if ford updated it and improved mpg i would want to buy one.
Yo. You should of bought the ST version. Your losing out on about roughly 100hp. The ST has what 335 hp on 87 fuel. 91 fuel its like 388 hp. I dont remember what hp all under the ST version is. But I know its alot lower. The only edge worth getting is the ST version. And keep in mind theres a version called " ST Line" the word line will allow you to know stay away. Its low hp also. ST vs ST Line are two different vehicles. You only should want the "ST". 2.7 v6 turbocharged 335hp
Ford Edge hella sucks, I rented this car when I’m staying in Houston. The steering wheel was a little stiff, the trunk door keeps telling me to close, and I got an oil change soon warning when it’s only 12,000 miles.
Let me tell you my story. Back in 2022, I had owned a 05 ford mustang and sold it after 6 years. I bought a 2017 Rav4 and loved the vehicle, but come August. I was hit by a vehicle approx speed 25 mph and he ran on me. Car was totalled once cops found the guy, and I was out a car. In PA car market for used cars got tight and needed a car to drive back and forth to work. So only good car I thought was a 2020 Ford Edge that was for sale by ford. Man my family might like this car but after having it only like six months I want to trade this crap in for another Rav4.
@@adamtoman5855 Nevada doesn't. It is a special plate. I just want to know why, as a rental car, does it have that tag. I lived there for 10 years and I never saw that on a rental car.
@@adamtoman5855 Nevada only issues one sticker for the upper right of the rear plate. A normal car would have a sticker that has the month and year of expiration of the registration. This one says PERM which means it is permanent. I just want to know why.
I've been renting one for the past 2 weeks from enterprise, the mpg is awful! The Interior quality feels chintzy. I miss the VW Taos I had previously rented!
Excellent Very True Video, we own 2020 edge, Computer screen is also blinding at night, as You show it is insane to find controls within such a huge overdone computer screen, The screen is way way too much, very blinding at night, Ford destroyed this car i would never buy it or even want to drive it.
I have a 2021 Edge St and it is amazing. The new touch screen is awesome! The performance is amazing. After this pathetic video, I'm pretty sure you had a bad Ford experience. So sad to see you blast an American car company. Shame on you.
GM today is even worse especially the Equinox, Terrain, Acadia, Encore & Trax. You should drive the Ford Maverick as they made them in Mexico which was a mistake as poor quality control there & now they recalling the Hybrids + other models.
All I know is my edge has 80k miles. I have been stranded due to the electric power steering failing. That cost me $2400 at 65k miles. I have had to take it to the dealer 7 times to fix the electronics going out or going haywire. Resetting or unplugging the battery does not help. The electric tail gate might be the dumbest FING thing ever invented. It started failing at 70k miles. It tries to open, then doesnt, but gives you an error and beeping going down the road as though it is open. This requires you to manually turn off inside lights or it eats your battery. Only a $1300 fix. How about not 1, but 2 alternators already? Weather stripping inside the doors come loose constantly. Was sold 28mpg hwy and 23 town. Its 18 town and 23 hwy. This vehicle has been babied. And is still a complete piece of shit.
Horribly user-unfriendly car. Drove it as a rental from Budget. Headlight controls are not on the steering column. Don’t know if Ford was the first to break that standardized placement, but it’s a bad idea. (What’s next, moving the position of the gas and brake pedals?) Headlight controls are on a dial that you CAN’T SEE from the driver’s seat and that is a safety issue. The icons are puzzling. You get an indicator for regular headlights on one part of the dash, but the indicator for bright lights is in a totally different and unexpected place. You move the dial between the 2nd and 3rd settings and no indicator changes. And what is the gas pump icon doing in the middle of the gas gauge? My first thought was that it was supposed to move up and down to reflect the amount of gas. But no. It’s just there, an unnecessary distraction. No user guide in the glove compartment-it’s an e-file you access from the oversized screen, which you discover after pressing several buttons on the screen. I agree, the icons like the AC on the bottom of the screen are NOT for older eyes, and even for younger ones could be puzzling. I am 5’4”’ and I could barely reach the top of the trunk to close it. Why doesn’t this car have an automatic trunk closing feature? Ford, listen up; There are usability testing professionals who would have given you low marks for this vehicle. Why in the world didn’t their evaluation enter into the design of this car?
I have a 2020 Ford Edge it’s in the color gold and so aesthetically pleasing to me. I upgraded from my 2015 navy blue F-150 for it. It’s the perfect size. It has a small screen but also buttons and knobs so you don’t have to use it. I use the screen for the maps feature. The maps look so good on it for traveling and I never know where I’m going.😂I drove from Alaska through Canada to Oregon with it. I had two dogs in the back truck area. My son and a cooler in the back seats and my man and I up front. We put all of our clothes and everything else on top in our roof rack. Love the car and have so many memories with it! My man and his friends take it camping all the time and bring it back a mess. They love the car too!😂 I won’t be upgrading it to a newer model because I hate the screens in them and they don’t have the adjustable buttons I see. I will be keeping this car for the rest of my life!😂
They really do suck!, When my mother got ran into the insurance company gave her a Ford Edge and funny not funny it broke down two days later for no reason at all and she ended up with a impala that wasn't much better but it ran until she got her car back lol. Vehicles today are definitely horrible and that old saying of "They don't build them like they used to" is so damn true. And it truly amazes me that these car companies are charging so much for what I call over glorified Lego's with gasoline/Diesel engines lol. Give me the oldschool steel, carburetor and so on every single day of the week and at least with those you don't need a degree in computer science and the instruments to simply diagnose the problem and the tools to fix it.. Thanks for sharing TK and have yourself a great night and rest of the weekend!. 🙏🙏🍻
Quite a few years ago now we had a rental Chrysler 200 for a week with that dial shifter. I hated it, mostly because I was always looking for the column shifter (I even did that when I drove my sister's Impala with a floor shift auto). I suppose if I had one to drive I'd eventually get used to it and not care, but .... eh 19.5 MPG is about what my dad's '13 F150 4x4 gets on the highway, with 5.0 and 6 speed auto. So far that hasn't been a bad truck but the salt here has killed the rear wheel arches and is starting on the rockers up inside where it's hidden under the door. I finally got used to the shape of the dash so I'm not banging my knee into the sort of point at the bottom.
I don't own an Edge, but some quick researching shows this "slow" pig faster to 60 than the Toyota Highlander and Nissan Murano (same size and weights). I didn't think anyone could possibly know less about cars than Kilmer but here we are..🤣
CVT???? I thought Ford put the 10 speed in those????? I have a 2008 edge that I bought new, and I still have it to this day. It’s is kinda pig not gonna lie. I will say the first gens look the best, to me at least. I will say I think mine might be a bit quicker.
Products like this are what happens when a car company is only interested in producing "consumer products". When 20-30 year old cars are better than the new stuff, you know the auto industry is screwed! Why would anyone buy new? I just don't understand why you'd throw away so much money. For what? A big ugly LCD screen with Apple CarPlay?
Apply for a passport & get a go in a European spec diesel Ford Edge. They have more grunt (torque) than a Siberian pig. Mine is definitely no sports car, but I didn't purchase it expected it to be. I like your Tahoe better than this and it's my first time seeing one the color is nice the front grill and back tail lights look weird I like the bigger screen but in car no if it was in the truck u had or the suburban than yeah but not this
Large SUV GM all the way. One of the big pluses on the big GM SUVs or just in general is they always keep the manual knobs and controls for music and climate controls. Seat controls like heated and cooled seats are another big plus here. These screens are going to be expensive junk that cannot be replaced easily.
More of a sports car in my opinion. Mine is a 3.5 v6 and Flys. The older models are a hit minus the water pump. Most other cars feel cheap and ride cheap. I test drove the all. Moon roof cold weather package comfort.

Me and my brother both have an Edge and we both love our Edge.
Hmmmm.. not sure about this review.
Love mine. Fast , smooth, good mileage, comfortable, roomy….
That visor is not intended to come down like you did it…that’s why it came out.
Now the trims toe are a rip off as well
I love my ford edge st. Over 400hp over 400ft of trq. Its tuned to reach that # but the stock specs are amazing. 2.7 twin turbo is no slouch.
We have a 2015 Edge Titanium. Zero problems with it. Changed one battery. Getting ready to trade her in on the Edge ST.
Maybe do a video on why you bought a car you don't like. This is a video just to complain about nothing. You complained about a CVT transmission when it actually has a 8 speed transmission. All Ford SUV's suck on gas you if you buy a ford you buy it knowing it sucks on gas.
That 19 miles to the gallon in such a new car is the turn off for me. That's what my 2007 Ford Edge got.
Its a great car, own a 2018
Probably why Ford decided to cancel the Edge after 23.
Nice hat Brother.
I just bought one from CarMax for 26K
It only had 15,500 miles on it. So far I like it, granted it doesn't feel as nimble as the Escape SEL, but it shifts way smoother, the Escape from Auto start stalls and sputters...but it feels good once it starts rolling.
Thank you for showing us this falling apart vehicle. I will not be buying one. The quality is just terrible.
When said CVT transmission I said, yep this thing is junk. If it has the six speed transmission or even the 10 speed transmission with a 3.6 twin turbo this thing will be worth the money and change the MF screen.
It has an 8 speed transmission. No CVT is available on the edge
@@tylerlewis507 oh okay I was like ford isn’t know for putting CVT transmission in their lineup that aren’t electric
We have a 2023 ST Line with the 2.0 twin turbo and we love it! zero issues and is pretty quick. Very comfortable
I was a ford fan for years, I have owned quite a few new and used. Their quality has went down big time. We currently own a 2018 fusion 1.5 eco boost, also garbage. When we get rid of it, it will be a Toyota of some kind . I know they have a few issues but their worst is better than fords best!
Your right TK, the quality of a lot of vehicles has gone right down the john. 😎🚽👎
Finally an honest review. That thing is so slow. It is an attractive ( which pulls you in) but it is just not competitive in anyway.
That’s not poor “build” quality, it’s bad engineering, design and cheap ass parts.
The best of Ford
The indestructible V8 Crown Victoria.
The 3.0L 24 valves Duratec V6
The 2.5L 4 cylinder
The 2.0L Naturally Aspirated
Very reliable engines.
I still own a 2012 Ford Fusion with the 3.0L Duratec V6 the engine is good and transmission not bad at all with this configuration but as you mentioned it had a lot of quality issues and believe me this is gonna be my last Ford ever!!
3.5 engine is one of the best as long as you maintain it.
I have had mine for almost three years and love it. No problems.
Call .8 to 8 year old model that is due for a redesign
There are better options in the class from foreign automakers my family vehicles are Santa Fe plug-in hybrid The tech is amazing i’m disappointed that the edge no longer has a reclining backseat
Terrible quality, even the seatbelts are broken, now that's bad.
Smart choice, the 3.5 is one of the best engines out there.
I have a CR-V. It's great. I put a mowing deck on it and do my lawn with it. Nice for yard equipment, but I wouldn't want to take it on a trip...
My 2012 ford edge limited looks so much better than the new ones it's so weird
Like it devolved lol
Love my 22 Edge.
Completely disagree with your take on the Edge.
Nothing wrong with that
TK, do you know why the car has a permanent tag on the license plate?
Some states just do that instead of putting in the windshield. Others don’t require inspection or registration.
@@adamtoman5855 Nevada doesn't. It is a special plate. I just want to know why, as a rental car, does it have that tag. I lived there for 10 years and I never saw that on a rental car.
@@mexicanspec I don’t think that sticker in the top right of the “rear” plate belongs there. The front dose not have one.
@@adamtoman5855 Nevada only issues one sticker for the upper right of the rear plate. A normal car would have a sticker that has the month and year of expiration of the registration. This one says PERM which means it is permanent. I just want to know why.
I have a 2020 Ford Edge . I do like it but it doesn’t full peak my interest. It is an oddly shaped SUV!
Looks like a shoe
Cool chain bro, what are you 60?
Sounds like he just got a lemon....I have a 2021 Ford Edge st and have no problems at all
I've been renting one for the past 2 weeks from enterprise, the mpg is awful! The Interior quality feels chintzy. I miss the VW Taos I had previously rented!
I hate that massive screen. One reason I'm staying away from Ford right now.
Excellent Very True Video, we own 2020 edge, Computer screen is also blinding at night, as You show it is insane to find controls within such a huge overdone computer screen, The screen is way way too much, very blinding at night, Ford destroyed this car i would never buy it or even want to drive it.
It’s a Big Ford Taurus TK to me.🤣🤣
Ford Edge is a car you rent, not buy.
I drove an Edge for couple times..... The feeling of driving is.... Head heavy and no enjoy at all..... Sorry....
I have a 2021 Edge St and it is amazing. The new touch screen is awesome! The performance is amazing.
After this pathetic video, I'm pretty sure you had a bad Ford experience. So sad to see you blast an American car company. Shame on you.
Ford truck in the past only got 9 mikes to the gallon
You're a waste of time. That's my opinion.
GM today is even worse especially the Equinox, Terrain, Acadia, Encore & Trax. You should drive the Ford Maverick as they made them in Mexico which was a mistake as poor quality control there & now they recalling the Hybrids + other models.
Hello TK. The 2022 Ford Edge. TK is keeping it 💯. I don't drive but I agree with TK with the large screen and the the gear shifter is bad.
That explains my Edge perfectly. Same problems with ours. These new Ford's went down hill in quality big time.
That Ford build unquality it's what sets Ford apart. They just can't make interiors, never could and never will.
They also can't make engines/transmissions anymore either.
Sold me on not to get it
I have a 2020 Ford Edge it’s in the color gold and so aesthetically pleasing to me. I will be keeping this car for the rest of my life!😂
I own a first generation Edge and love it!
amazing video on the ford hell box it sucks on gas to
It does burn gas but mines is great other then that
Quite a few years ago now we had a rental Chrysler 200 for a week with that dial shifter. I hated it, mostly because I was always looking for the column shifter (I even did that when I drove my sister's Impala with a floor shift auto). I suppose if I had one to drive I'd eventually get used to it and not care, but .... eh
19.5 MPG is about what my dad's '13 F150 4x4 gets on the highway, with 5.0 and 6 speed auto.
I didn't think anyone could possibly know less about cars than Kilmer but here we are..🤣
I own an 2020 edge st line in europe .. 2.0 diesel car is grate only issue is the transmision that is a crazy unstalbe at lower speeds...
All the bells and whistles and goodies on this 2022 Ford Edge
I had a 2022 eco boost an that thing would fly..an i got like 20 mpg..but it would fly..had it up to 110. Going home from work
I have the st version test drive it you will change your mind. Believe me
CVT???? I thought Ford put the 10 speed in those?????
I have a 2008 edge that I bought new, and I still have it to this day. It’s is kinda pig not gonna lie. I will say the first gens look the best, to me at least.
I will say I think mine might be a bit quicker.
Its not a CVT.
I have a 2021 ford edge St an I love it , an I hate they ain’t making them any more
trying to decide bewtween a badlands bronco sport and a honda cr-v..
It's like a luxurious van without having to own an actual van 🙂
My AMG Mercedes takes care of my inner 10yr old speed demons desires😃
America is a big place Dude, but it ain't the entire world on a stick 😏
You should have sprung for the ST
I think this is too much vehicle for you. A 2005 Toyota Camry is more suited to you with less tech and gadgets.
LOL, there's no Platinum above Titanium. You aren't very smart.
you saved me from buying this thing, thanks
More of a sports car in my opinion. Mine is a 3.5 v6 and Flys. The older models are a hit minus the water pump. Most other cars feel cheap and ride cheap. I test drove the all. Moon roof cold weather package comfort.
Tell us how you really feel.
I domt think he is talking about Ford i think he is talking about his dodge
I got a 2017 Chevy Tahoe and it’s slow as fuck too.
Fords in general, reek. Getting rid of the Aviator in about a month. Car looks great, poor ride quality
Come on now big bro we gonna have to fight if you don’t start buckling up.
I’m not telling u what to do lol but me personally I just wanna see and know you’re safe especially following the accident with the Beamer!
I agree the car is a pig, slow as shit inline 4 crap. I test drove a Titanium similar to yours the other day and I thought it just could not start in first gear or something it was so slow in acceleration. I have a 2011 Edge Limited 6 cylinder and it is superior to the 2022! I could not wait get get back into my 12 year old, over 200,000 mile version of the same vehicle now that is sad, for ford.
