Hi there, I have never sprayed a cupcake liner in 40 years. Yes, sometimes a little bit of the muffin or cupcake may stick, but if you go slowly you can get the paper to peel off without damaging the bottom of the cupcake or muffin. Thanks so much for watching ! 🙂

Hello K Sid 🙂 Yes ! Self raising flour is simply all purpose flour with baking powder added to it. Where you see any of my recipes that use all purpose flour and baking powder, simply use your flour ( self raising ) and omit the baking powder.
