hey i did this with the same ingredients except that i substitute the flour for almond flour and add raisins and mix smashed nuts and man that was incredibly delicious. i think i could also use coconut oil instead of butter and grapeseed oil and it would come out perfect too. thanks for this recipe, greatest, simplest I've ever seen.

Well, I've just made a batch of these delicious muffins and just finished the taste test. My oven was a little too hot so the ones at the back got a little browner but it didn't seem to alter the taste. They are heavier than other muffins I've had, almost like banana bread in a muffin. These are all good things. You can really taste the banana; they are moist and they rise perfectly. I would definitely make them again. Thanks Matty!

If I use a fork, I just mashed them on a plate. Easier leverage. If I use a bowl, I just use the potato masher but do not over-mash. Simple recipe. Thank you. Same issue here with the time. Muffins bake faster than the bread. Time saver.
What is the item in the bottle, is that a vegetable oil or cinnamon oil, you didn’t explain it, you only explained the vanilla but not the item in the bottle, even when adding it to the recipe you didn’t mention what it is. Can you tell me what it’s if you don’t mind. Thanks
@@alanchuihk Both baking powder and baking soda in equal measure. The soda reacts with the acid in the other ingredients, while the powder reacts to the heat a little later.
Banana skin releases an enzyme [can't remember what it's called] which causes organic matter to break down faster... That's why enclosing them works, and also why you shouldn't store your bananas with other fruit.
I really wish you told us each of the ingredient quantities you put in your bowls. And recap during the vid of what each ingredient was/is instead of playing loud music. 🥺 The amount of replays I had to do just to read the label on what you were putting in there. And I had to guess the amounts apart from when you said 2 cups of flour 😡😤😫😟😕
