I agree about copyright, but no need to block Band-Maid video's, they support reactors and even watch reaction video's. They are Japanese. They were never screwed over by their first label, but they were controlled. Their first songs were written by outside writers (great songs, sort of pop-punk/hard rock) and they learnt from those writers. The band has a lot of respect for them. But, when they started to write their own material they blew their old stuff out of the water. Kanami (lead guitarist) is the main composer and she is a friggin genius.
So, welcome to Band-Maid! The best hard rock band I have heard in my 57 years on this planet. They don't stick to any one genre and often mix genres in songs. They are extremely diverse and have an extensive 10 year back catalogue featuring Punk, Pop-Punk, Hard-Rock, Classic Rock, Metal, Prog, Blues, Jazz, Groove, Rap etc. From face melting 220 bpm punk-prog to ballads, instrumentals to acoustics they do it all. They are also five of the nicest people in music, without a shred of ego. They are funny and fun and bad-ass musicians to boot.
You really need to check them out live, they really are fundamentally a live band - check out "Domination" LIVE version - they will blow your mind. Best wishes from England.
Band Maid are Japanese - here's a short into to the members
Miku (Small Pigeon) - Rhythm Guitar, second vocals, Lyricist, Band founder
Misa (The Barefoot Assassin) - Bass, beer and whiskey
Akane (Gorilla) - Drums, Bananas or any food for that matter
Kanami (Princess,Kanamincho or Mincho) - Lead Guitar, Genius composer and cakes
Saiki (Ice Queen) - Lead Vocals, Mesmorizing stage performer
They started in 2013 and have created their own genre. If you like live music to show just how good they are as musicians, please consider listening to/reacting to DICE/HATE? live at Lollapalooza 2023. You will not regret it, sir.
Short history. Or as short as I can make it.
Miku, rhythm guitarist/vocalist, wanted to be a singer and so she moved to Tokyo after High School. Entered various competitions and won one to be 1 of 3 singers in an idol group.
She worked at a "Maid Cafe" to pay the bills. These in Japan are cafes where the waitresses dress as maids and treat the customers as if they were at home being served dinner. They also sing/dance to entertain the customers and lead the customers at their table in chanting a "magic spell" which "improves" the taste of the meal. This gave Miku experience in dealing with people and being on stage.
Her idol group disbanded after a year of trying to break out and she approached her management company with the idea of forming an all female hard rock band that dressed as maids. They said sounds interesting and if you/we can find the right people we'll do it with you.
Miku searched online and found a young woman who was doing videos as a singer/songwriter/guitarist. She contacted her, Kanami Tono, and asked her to audition for this new band. She did and got the job as lead guitarist. Right after her audition she called her best friend, Akane Hirose, who was a drummer and asked her to audition too so they could play together.
She did and got the drummer position. Akane was going to a professional musician school, The Tokyo School of Music, and had a classmate who played bass, Misa, whose band had just broken up. She got her to audition and she got the job too.
They practiced songs that the company provided and then played a gig. After they discussed the gig and Miku said her voice wasn't right for the music and so she asked the company to audition another singer. They had a singer, Saiki Atsumi, under contract and she was asked to join, she did and these 5 have been together now for 10 years.
Miku was asked by the others to learn guitar to help improve their sound and she has, tutored by the lead guitarist Kanami. Kanami composes the basis for songs, key, chords, riffs, melody. She then does a demo of all the parts and sends it to Misa and Akane to look over and improve their bass and drum parts. When they are all satisfied the song goes to Miku who writes the lyrics and then to Saiki who has the final say in whether the song is ready, good enough, to perform.
They are all very hard working and talented young women. That they got together, became close friends, and stayed together through 10 years of ups and downs is a miracle.
Regarding the song Shambles, the makers of the Japanese anime show, Kengan Ashura, asked BAND-MAID to make them a Season 2 end credits outro song and this is the result. BM's signature is an eclectic mix of songs from different subgenres of rock so there is something for everyone.
BM is from Japan and it's culturally normal for servers to wear maid outfits at cafes and coffee shops there. BM's founder, Miku Kobato (pigtails) got the idea to play rock music while wearing maid outfits as she was working as a maid server upon the band's formation back in 2013.
If you watch the live performances below, their camaraderie is only exceeded by their sheer talent and high energy.
Welcome to the BM rabbit hole; it only gets better from here:

Miku ( wears the red rose 🌹 ) was an idol singer, but things were not going the way she wanted, so in 2013, she convinced management to let her start a band ( as you get to know Miku she is very determined & can talk your ear off ) In their early years the musc & lyrics were written for them, but Kanami ( lead guitarist ) kept submitting music untill the powers that be, said OK. That first song was called " Alone, " that was in 2016 I believe, & they have 100% control since. 😏❤️🎙🎸🥁😎🤘
I second the idea of a reaction to "DICE/HATE? live at Lollapalooza 2023".
"Controlled everything" might be a bit of an overstatement ... maybe "didn't think they would amount to anything" might be closer. Kobato Miku had won an "underground idol" competition and joined a trio called Lil Cumin and signed a contract with Platinum Passport who managed the successful idol group PASSPO☆. She quit after a year because it didn't seem like it was going anywhere and it wasn't the kind of music she wanted to do.
Her management company (Platinum Passport) had her under contract and asked her what she wanted to do, so she pitched the idea of hard rock music played by girls wearing maid dresses. They agreed, so she found Kanami Tōno making singer/songwriter videos on the internet. Kanami agreed to join, and suggested Akane Hirose as a drummer she knew and had worked with. Akane knew and had worked with the bassist MISA, who had gone to Tokyo School of Music with her. The three of them signed with Platinum Passport and started rehearsing with songs their management provided; they needed something to gig with and they didn't have any songs of their own. After a few weeks Miku decided they needed a stronger voice for the rock music they were playing. They selected Saiki Atsumi to join them; she was already signed with Platinum.
They got together in late summer of 2013 and made an 8-song EP with songs Platinum Passport provided. Kanami Tōno wanted to write music; that's how Miku found her. Their first two EPs were on Gump Records, an "indie" label. Kanami submitted a number of demos and they finally put *"Alone"* on their third EP "Brand New Maid" and switched to a major label, Crown Stones. Kobato began writing lyrics too. They seem to have an attitude that this was their "apprenticeship" and they learned a lot from the older and more experienced songwriters during that time.
Their first full-length LP was "Just Bring It" in January 2017. They wrote 9 of the 13 songs on it, and it did well. Since then it seems like they've pretty much had a free hand in what they create and produce. They made "World Domination" in February 2018 and "Conqueror" in December 2019. With one or two exceptions they've written all the music and lyrics. They left Platinum Passport for Pony Canyon in January 2021 when they made "Unseen World." They probably have more freedom with Pony Canyon, but they also have a better track record now and get more support from the bigger company.
By the way, "Unseen World" is a masterpiece. At some point you're going to want to play everything on that album. They released an 8-song EP "Unleash" in September 2022. They released a ballad "Memorable" for a major concert last January, and "Shambles" as the ending for the second season of Kengan Ashura. In the last few weeks they have played new songs "Go Easy" and "Brightest Star" in concerts in Japan. So, it's about time for another full-length album, we hope.
History? OK. In 2013, Miku found Kanami online, Kanami called Akane, Akane called MISA, and Saiki just formed. Miku (red rose) says Po because she is a 810 year old Pigeon. Akane plays drums and likes bananas because she is a gorilla. MISA plays bass and is a barefoot assassin. Kanami (lead guitar) is an airhead, and she loves Saiki, but Saiki is coy and stoic. Kanami-sensei taught Miku how to play guitar because she didn't know how. Miku owns a racehorse. She likes to gamble. Saiki likes shoes, and MISA likes Jim Beam and beer. And always remember to shut up when Kanami is speaking.
I’d say that pretty much sums it up
Perfect😂
The fire was real. It was filmed last December so they appreciated the warmth. There is a behind-the-scenes video of this video on Band-Maid Prime.
You are really making the rounds and hitting all the best Japanese bands. With BAND-MAID you just hit the _best_ hard rock band in the world today, in my opinion.
Your friend is partially right about the early days of BAND-MAID. On the first 3 EP's their label had the band working with studio approved songwriters. This wasn't necessarily a bad thing. All of Kanami's (lead guitarist) original songs were rejected by the label for the first 2 albums. Working with various writes helped Kanami get a better understanding of the song writing process, and her song, 'alone', was chosen to be on the third EP *Brand New Maid.* When they switched to a new label for the 4th Album, *Just Bring It,* Kanami chose to continue working with some of the previous song writers. By the 5th album, *World Domination,* Kanami and the ladies were completely autonomous in the song writing department.
Next song? Easy! You have to go with 'Domination' LIVE. Make sure it's the *live* version. If it isn't the live, then I'll be forced to say nice things about you at your funeral after the comments section is done with you.
I Added it to the list and it will be my next band maid reaction! :) thanks for the info by the way! Super helpful and I appreciate it!
Facts.
"Also, yes, I'm making the rounds, exploring all these Japanese bands. In my opinion, they are way better than most of the American bands we have over here! I would absolutely love to see a world tour featuring all three of them in America. I'd pay hundreds to experience that live! Stay tuned, as there are many more reactions to come!"
Srsly. I've no doubt there are still some fantastic musicians and bands in the US and UK etc but good luck finding them among the dross we're served up, albeit with some excellent bands still going who managed to sneak through in the 'beforetimes'. Unless you happen to stumble on one yourself, they rarely ever see the light of day anymore.
The scene in Japan is exploding RN and I was always open to the idea of Japanese rock and metal as I once found an EZO album in a thrift store and it blew my 13 year old mind with its awesomeness.@@darklitereactions32
BandMaid just finished up a tour of America. I saw them in Atlanta in May. They are finishing up in Japan now. Nemophila did a short US tour earlier this year. Hanabie is actually in the US now. They are playing Colorado Springs tomorrow, Mesa AZ the 3rd, San Diego the 4th and finishing with the Whiskey a GoGo in LA the 5th.
Don't mind pauses and appreciate rewinds. FWIW- Band-Maid doesn't block, they understand, appreciate and encourage the importance of reactors. That Riff....Those Drums....The Harmonies....Her Bass Tone!!!!
Band-Maid was typical band vs record company. They controlled the Maids until they couldn't then they went on their merry way writing their own music/lyrics. No bad story or animosities just typical music industry goings on. They have been together ten years this year with the same members that all love each other as much as they love their fans. Kanami wrote the music and Miku writes the lyrics but everyone pitches in and throws their own version of Kanami's ideas into the pot and that's how it works....NO egos here, it's all for one and one for all. This pigeon hole is deep and fulfilling if you choose to enter.....only 130+ more songs to go.....and there is no "Better" song they're all great...srsly.
Oh, and saw them in Nashville back in May......best small venue show I've ever witnessed
Akane has the most creative kick patterns. And Misa ,that amazing barefoot assasin on bass, owns my ❤
There are not alot of drummers out there that could play this......I know for one ...I CAN'T ....Akane was unbelievable !!!!!!!
Best Prog Hard Rock band on the planet ... bar none 😁
Thanks DL for reaction, Shambles is a good jumping off point, try instrumental FROM NOW ON, another banger
Congratulations on hearing your favorite band for the first time. Band-Maid has been around for 10 years now. All of what you read about the formation is true so the only thing I can add was once they were on the verge of breaking up and they made their first music video for their song "Thrill" with the belief this would be it. But yhe song was uploaded to social media where it took off, racking up tons of views outside Japan, and saved the band. Over time they won more control over their songs and direction. The group has taken off. Normally I would recommend "Domination" live as the go to song but if you can find the live version of Hate from Lollapalooza this past August you'll see the ladies in their element.
This band, and a handful of others, have just about reinvigorated my love of current music. Thank goodness this rock of ours is large and varied because the where the well runs dry in one area it springs up in another.
This group of exceptional musicians is in my all time favourite list after only discovering them a few years ago. Multiple songs gets played daily.
100 % 👍🍻
Band-Maid is not given to bite the reactors who expose more people to their music, with nasty copyright strikes. RUclips views made their popularity and they know it.
They heard and saw the reactor "Mr. Rock and Roll" during their recent US tour and returned his greeting with that handle.
The majority of Japanese rock and metal bands are reactor friendly. And Band-Maid are very Japanese, while also savvy about western rock. They started their first livestream with a bit of a Slipknot tune as an intro.
In fact they played Knotfest Tokyo this year and now Clown is a fan.
Shambles was their latest MV and a fine place to start.
Your friend is right about their struggle for artistic independence. Although to be fair, that arrangement is more the norm than the exception there unless you're already well known.
The rhythm guitarist (red rose, playing a Zemaitis) and backing vocalist Miku Kobato is the founder. She put the group together with cafe-maid dresses as contrast to their strong sound. And she is their chief negotiator.
The first couple of albums were good, but started out with more pop-rock tunes because that is what they were allowed to record. Then when Miku got management to let her do lyrics with an outside composer, she wrote one called Freedom. And it's a banger. The best performance IMHO was the live performance at Shibuya Tokyo on February 14, 2020, just before C19 lockdown. It has a dynamite drum solo and magnificent transition. I think it is still on YT on their channel.
In it she essentially is saying "I'm going my own way, and you can go with me or go away!" On the surface it was about herself, but the larger meaning is about the group, and she has done exactly that with each contract negotiation. Today they are on the modest Pony Canyon label, which doesn't have a lot of promotion resources but they have artistic freedom to do pretty much whatever they want to. Their strongest promoters are the fans.
On that same album with Freedom came "Alone" which was the first track written entirely by the band. Lead guitarist Kanami Tono ("Mincho", playing a PRS on Shambles and usually) had tried over and over composing music that was turned down, and nearly gave up trying. But lead singer Saiki steadily encouraged her to press on and try again. Saiki was credible because if a song stinks, she will tell you it does and why. No pretty lies, no soft-pedaling from the Queen; she is blunt for a Japanese. If she says it's good, she means it and she has a great ear.
Kanami was and is profoundly grateful to her.
Alone was undeniably a great song and it went on the album. There is a Music Video of it.
And since then, Kanami is a force of nature let loose. Writes interesting multilevel instrumentation, experimental/progressive tunes, challenges what everyone can do. And they always come through. Their work ethic is prodigious.
Oh and she is Queen of Riffs.
There is tons of lore with this group, they are all delightful fascinating humans. Drummer Akane Hirose ("ah-KAH-neh hee-ROS-eh") often eats bananas onstage to keep her energy high. "The Gorilla." Her fans include one Jimmy Page. Yes, that one.
She once carried Saiki piggyback to the stage at an outdoor concert across a grasshopper filled lawn because she knew Saiki has a phobia of insects, especially hoppers, and was frozen in panic. Practical, supportive Akane.
Her old music school friend and sometime fellow support player for years before Band-Maid, MISA, is a truly great bass player. And among friends, a wild sense of humor. She is usually quiet though, and all business in her playing. The tallest of them, in her long black gown and bare feet, stage left and often in shadows, she looks like a ninja assassin, so that became her nickname. She removes shoes when conditions allow, to better feel Akane's drumbeats and keep her timing locked to them.
Is Misa her real name? Does she have a surname? She doesn't say. If she did, she'd probably have to kill you.
Miku Kobato is an 810 year old pigeon (dove) in human form. That's a story for another time...
All their music is worth hearing. When well recorded and mixed, their live shows are usually better than studio because they love the energetic connection with their fans and it creates a great dynamic. Led Zeppelin had that. Rush had that.
Band-Maid are joy incarnate. If your day is crappy, play some Band-Maid. A live video if practical. It'll be better.
They've been my #1 band since I think 2015.
Other bands:
Nemophila is next.
Lovebites is great power metal.
Gacharic Spin is like madcap dance party jazz-rock fusion these days.
Exist-Trace is a visual-kei band. Expect the unexpected. Often deep themes but you may have to translate. All women but that may appear otherwise.
Aldious is melodic metal. Their most recent vocalist is independent metal singer Maki Oyama - strong, clear, fine sound from her.
Asterism is a trio of child prodigies playing metal, now reaching adulthood and sounding like a top level 6 piece metal band.
Bridear varies, but can do metal right.
D_Drive tends to be well, driving. And all instrumental. Marshall amps had them playing at 2020 NAAM US.
None of these are "typical" for any genre. I'm describing as near as I can.
Nope, this is a pretty good starting point. Shambles is a fairly good representation of their core sound. They can go harder, but they can also go go poppier. Overall, one of the best hard rock bands currently out there.
Band Maid just celebrated their 10th anniversary with a tour of the U.S. and Mexico as well as Japan. They were in their early 20's when they created the band. They have come a long way since 2013. The pandemic set them back from touring. Their first three albums were written y outside writers. They finally got the write and record their own song "Alone" on their third album. After that they got a new management company that allowed them to write and record their own music and the rest is history. Since they started they have recorded over 120 songs and every one of them is good to great. It's a smart move to subscribe to their channel. After you react to a few of their songs, you will become a Maidiac like the rest of us. You will then make it a point to go to one of their live concerts. They are so much better in a live performance. Their talent and their personalities shine during live concerts. I have been to two of their live concerts and I can't wait for them to come back and tour the U.S. again. Hell, I might even book a flight to Japan to catch them in concert.
Welcome to the fandom! Best rock band in the world!
I suggest these Band Maid songs: Thrill, Dice, Manners, Bubble, No God (live) & Puzzle (live)
Been to 2 BM concerts in the last 2 years. They plated for bout 2 hours each time! Best 2 concerts I've ever been to!
Bekka, you forgot "Secret My Lips" again! 🙄😂
it's on my list...just a tad further down... ;)@@snowdog5895

Thanks DarkLite! Welcome to Band-Maid!
You have reacted to my 3 favorite bands! Nemophila, Hanabie, and Band-Maid. I got to see these bands live here in the US and also Babymetal.
I used to want band maid to be like old memphis may fire, but they have grown more than I expected. The instrumental team is also very talented.
Thanks for reacting to the Band-Maid. But for the viewer to see the video and read the captions you need to reduce your own screen size- Thanks again.
I'm going to shrink down in my next reaction. I always do that big screen thing for copyright when I haven't reacted to a band and I'm not sure if they mind reactions or not. Now that I know they love reactors I will adjust my screen accordingly, thank you for the view and Insite!
Congratulations on discovering the best band in the world today! Enjoy the ride!! 🎶🎸🥁🎸🎶🔥🙂🕊
Best band on Earth!❤
The fire was real! But nearly all Japanese bands start with labels that don't let them write their own material. BAND-MAID was no exception. But as they wrote better and better songs, and more and more made the cut, nearly everything the put out is their own. They don't need outside writers anymore. You need to check out some of their Official LIVE Videos. That's where they really shine! This song was commissioned for the season two closer for the Netflix anime Kengan Ashura. I guess you could say it's full of positivity for a song about Death Matches, since it follows they guy that wins all of them. But it's like you discovered The Beatles after 10 years, except The Beatles broke up after 10 years and BAND-MAID are just hitting their stride. Miku, the band founder used to work in a Maid Cafe' and cam up with the name and concept. She found writer and lead guitarist, Kanami, through her online guitar videos. Kanami knew drummer Akane from a previous project they had both worked on. Akane knew bassist MISA from their days together at the Tokyo School of Music. Miku, who also puts the words to Kanami's music had envisioned dual vocals, so they searched their agency for a strong lead singer and found Saiki. Miku then dropped back to the supporting role and had Kanami teach her rhythm guitar. I would say the rest is history, but it's on going. They are making history! So, stap in for the ride of your life! It's hard to top a song like 'Shambles' since it's easily one of their best. You might tray 'Domination' LIVE or 'Hate' from Lollapolooza.
Not a bad introduction to Band-Maid! I don't really think there is a bad introduction. I know a lot of my fellow fans say Band-Maid doesn't have a bad song but I'm not really sure what a bad song is. it isn't like a song can pee in your bed or chew a shoe. Bad song! Still any song that introduces someone to one of my favorite groups of ladies on the planet can't be bad. Nice job with the reaction and I hope you continue to enjoy them!
Which Band Maid video to watch? It doesn't really matter. They're all good.
Check BAND-MAID old song SHAKE THAT, most heavy Rock in their songs.....
For BAND-MAID and LOVEBITES, their live shows are the BEST..... 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
THE best band in the universe. And in any parallel ones. Think that's everything covered...except to add that, even though their MV's are great, they are even better live, Try DOMINATION live, for example.
I found these ladies by chance here on YT at the end of 2019 when their first MV 'Thrill' from 2014 was recommended to me. And what can I say? For me, this opened the gates for Japanese Rock & Metal, and I haven't looked back since. I'll even go so far as to say that they revived a genre that was considered dead to me at the time, and they restored my love for this type of music that I had lost long before. ❤🔥🤘🏻
Recommendation? The live(!) video for their second-oldest single release 'Real Existence'.
Greetings from Germany.

This rabbithole is a wonderful one...the best there is🙏❣
In the future, if you have a choice between a studio vid and a live vid, ALWAYS choose the live vid. They excel live.
Akane is an alien on drums !
Welcome to the wonderful world of BAND-MAID. 🖖❤
Welcome to the Maidiacs, DarkLite.
Thank you for doing BAND-MAID , but if you insist on intruding into the video that much I won`t be back to your channel , there are plenty of other reactors who do BAND-MAID without getting in the way of the video , Good luck with your channel , have a Hunky Dory Day .
Sorry! thanks for the view I do appreciate it. I hope you have a good day as well.
You have to see them live or review a live show. Believe it or not thet sound just as good live and the girls make you feel like family.
Maidiacs Incoming! 🎉 Welcome to the pigeonhole 🐦 my friend.
Enjoy stops and analysis. Backing up a bit to hit the stop point is great; critical for the Maids because they do transitions like noone else.
Band Maid love reactors and often watch themselves.
Incredibly diverse catalog. Seriously. They do slow pop ballads, thrashier stuff like this, arena hard rock, and punk beats inside of progressive rock.
So, letting everyone know your preferences and things you don’t care for much helps us recommend songs.
From here I would recommend listening to their heavy metal instrumental “From Now On.” Just in case you are questioning their seriousness.
Welcome to the family 🤘🏽
Bandmaid is the shizzzz
I was starting to wonder when you'd discover Band-Maid.
P.S. I know that it's a long way from Japan back to the US and Boston, but I think this would be worth it: Seven Spires - "Gods Of Debauchery" - Official Music Video
Shambles is a little heavier than most of their stuff, but if you're into it, you can check out the MV for Warning, or the MV for From Now On.
If you want like a median Band Maid feel, I'd check out the Dice MV. It's got all of their high effort songwriting hallmarks, and the same kind of bass solo into guitar solo like you got in Shambles.
If you want to get a sense for them as performers, Domination Official Live, to see how tight they are live, how they interact with a crowd, and the kind of extras they throw in for their fans -- It has a whole bunch of extra stuff that's not in the studio version in the middle. This is normal for them. They switch up these extras every tour, and they tour all the time. They're an incredibly hard working band. They've produced more than a song per month, over 10 years, while touring all the time, and none of them are bad.
If you want a taste of their more experimental stuff, you can check out any of the songs from the Sense single (Sense has an MV). Somehow, Sense is the most straightforward of the 3 songs, which is insane.
I'd also recommend not getting too hung up on their lyrics. They blend a lot of English and Japanese, and it's extremely difficult to translate well. Their primary lyricist is kind of a poet, and their songs are full of references, sometimes to moments with their fans.
In Shambles, for example, the line near the end "Sai and Kyou, the world lies before you", kind of sounds like it would be the names of characters from the anime they wrote the song for, but it's actually a reference to a slip up the rhythm guitarist made during some MC time between songs at one of their shows, and the lead vocalist was making fun of her for it. (She said "Sai and kou", instead of "Saikou", which means like the best, or pinnacle, and the lead vocalist, Saiki, told the English-speaking audience to try saying that if they go to Japan, like it was popular slang. -- "Saikyou" -> "Sai and Kyou" means the strongest.) Take that anecdote about that one line, and imagine it's the case with almost everything, and you can see why English captions are going to fail you. If it makes you feel better, a lot of native Japanese audiences don't understand the lyrics, either.
Gym Rock Crew did some amazing documentaries on them for a really good background. You need to check out their live songs Play, Puzzle & Freedom and of course Domination.
Domination Live would be the next natural Step , older Song but they are amazing live. Anyway a lot of ppl will recomend Hate? from the Lollapalooza Festival. Sadly the Camera Guy screwed it up A LOT ! Our Freind from Ohrenje edited the Live Sound of this Performance to different Videos from their US Tour. Here you will actually been able so see everything much better : ruclips.net/video/JgVXeMVYUhI/видео.html (BTW on Ohrenjes Site there are great Documentaries about every Member and how this Band came together , if interested ) My English is not very good ... greetings from Germany , saw Hanabie Live in August ....
Live BM is best!
Please edit your content. Paraphrasing, "On a recent Hanabe video, I'm not sure if it's uploaded or not, I asked for your recommendations from this band [BAND-MAID].... (later) I've never heard of this band." Later you reiterate you've never heard of this band... which you apparently asked for recommendations about. I mean, we know it's a racket, but don't rub it in our face. At least at the end you tried to explain a little. Easy peasy to re-record that intro. You show pride in your work, viewers will be more likely to stick around. Good luck with your channel, and thank you for listening to BAND-MAID.
The early managers didn't have a good feel for what they should be. They were given good material, but mostly not what the band resonated with. Once they found their "sound", they went full throttle ahead. They now have about 110 band written, music and lyrics, songs. I am being selective in saying about 25 of the songs are " S " tier. NONE of the rest are poor or average songs. They are superb in live performances. Domination, live, is the most recommended.
There is almost no band culture in Korea.
BAND-MAID doesn't block fan responses, so lose the theatrics.
no theatrics here just making sure i follow copyright guidelines.
@@darklitereactions32 IOW, you didn't listen to what I said.
You mentioned losing the theatrics, but I'm not sure where you're seeing them here. I want to clarify that I'm not trying to act or be insincere, so I'm a bit confused. I do understand that you mentioned Band-Maid doesn't typically block fan responses, but I'm wondering if there's something specific, I might be missing?@@ShikataGaNai100
