    Ingredients (for a LARGE pot, you can cut this in half)
    • 5-6 14oz bags of Jute Plant (ground and frozen or dry)
    • 1 14oz bag frozen spinach (optional)
    • 1/2 pot of water….
    • 1 large onion
    • olive oil
    • 5 cloves garlic
    • chicken broth
    • salt & pepper to taste
    • 1-2 tsp coriander
    Directions:
    1. In a large pot sauté onion with a tbsp or two of olive oil until translucent.
    2. Add chopped chicken of choice and cook for about 5-6 minutes
    3. Full pot about half way with water and add chicken broth and spices. Bring to a rolling boil
    4. Add Molkhiya (Jute) and spinach. Bring to a simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Adjust spices as needed
    5. Sauté garlic in a small pan and add to the large pot of Molkhiya when done
    6. Serve over rice and top with lemon
