Ingredients:
Onion- (1 medium size)
Garlic - (6-7 cloves)
Spring Onion - (10g)
Tomato - (1 medium size)
Large Green Chili - (4-5 pieces)
Small Green Chili - (9-10 pieces)
Salt as per taste
Cooking Oil - (2 tbsp)
Water - (1 cup)
Processed Slice Cheese - (3 pieces)
Butter - (1 cube)

We don't add potato in Ema Datshi.

Well, this is a traditional way of making ema datshi. Ema means chilli and datshi means cheese.
Ema datshi we use only ema,cheese n garlic
Onions should be cooked well na
Its enough to cook onions until chilli becomes soft.
No water as tomato water is enough
