I thikn is diferent for everyone,people whit no fear to water can learn quikly,but to others like me, is more difficult ,i need it 20 lessons of one hour to do it, but in the same class i saw people with no fear, and in the lesson number four they swimming in the deep.I was trying to learn for years since i was a child,and finaly i learn to the age of 35 , just do it , try again and again.

It was my first day of learning swimming today..i learnt breathing but couldn't floating..pair uppar hi nai aate.. couldn't keep my head inside..naak pe paani jata hai😢😭 I tried many times but was not able to do
I'm sure u must be keeping your shoulders high above the water, that's why your legs r going down, if u want your legs to come up and your body to float properly then 1st thing u need to hold your breath, 2nd keep ur head Full in the water so that the water is above your head and 3rd and most important thing keep your shoulders lose and relax. Knee lock nahi karna hai aur ankle bhi lock nahi hona chahiye, basically swimming me koi bhi joint lock nahi hone chahiye, stiffness ki wajah se apke muscle fatigue jaldi hojate hai
When you want to jump then just jump don't think of jumping standing on the edge, never look down look in front and take a deep breath before jumping and exhale as u go inside the water.
Depends on several factors, if a person is having any kind of fear or phobia, if the body is stiff and muscles are tight it takes time some where around 12 to 20 sessions to learn. But if someone is comfortable with water have no fear and have a nice relaxed body in water they can learn faster like max in 2 to 3 days also. But practice is always required to get a better stroke.
The video might be of 8 mins...but you will have to practise all of these in repetitions... You will need ultra Pro Max level of positivity and dedication to learn it in an hour.😊

I have taught few of my students in just 1 session so its in a very rare case possibility but it is possible 0.01% chance.
