Brilliant Video. I’ve just followed your excellent instructions on my Brother 3034D overlocker/ serger and my Rolled Hem has turned out fantastic. Settings 4/5/7 were spot on. Rolled hem looks amazing..!!
Thank you for sharing.....I agree you definitely have to do this by trial and error on scrap fabric. The point is that we have the process down. Now to put the stitch finger back in 🤔
wow what a fab video, very easy to follow, i have only ever used my over locker for plain use, i can now do some decorative stitches by following your video,s close up shots are very helpful, i was a novice serger user but with your help will be using it to it,s full advantage, thankyou.
Great explanation. Loved the close ups, highlights and slow motion. However, I would have loved to be able to see the final stitches better. The printed material did not help much, but regardless of that, great job!
Brilliant Burley Sew. I am a novice having just acquired one of these machines and I love it. I broke my left needle twice when I went over a seam that was already surged. Any advice on this. I had been following your tutorials and only by this one did I realise I had not had the stitch pin in for both needle use. Although it did still work. Now I’m thinking that this may not have surged as well as it should but for a novice, i know nkt of any comparison. Lol
how you did that on 8:36? i been looking forward on merrowing the edges like this, teach me how to do this since i been thinking of doing patches on those
I was doing this stitch. It started out fine but in middle the stitching crumpled. I got so frustrated. Any idea why this happened? I was looking at the threading and it was fine. I have a M343D
why all those video doesn’t show the stitches they’ve done, clearly after they sew........I want to see those stitches and compare sergers without going store!!!!!!!!! in the end this video shows more than the average though.....thanks
My serger is in the mail. I bought it because your videos have removed my fear. Well done. 👍

You my friend are a rockstar. I set my settings the same ad your final settings and my hem looked amazing on my first try. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much! I think I would have taken my serger to the landfill if you did not post these wonderful videos.
I’m so excited to learn to use my new serger! Can you place two pieces of fabric with quilting in the center and use that stitch?

Super vid, thanks!
When you push that part that pops off, does it go back on after sewing the rolled hem? If so, how?
Can you do a video on how to make bias tape
Did you make a video on how to do a wide hemmed roll? Do you still take off that finger piece?
Great Video! However, it would have been nice to see how to put the Stitch Finger back IN!
Great video but it would have been nice to see how you made the changes on the side when you thought the stitches were too tight.
thank you! !
thank you, can I do this with using tulle material?
how you did that on 8:36?
i been looking forward on merrowing the edges like this, teach me how to do this since i been thinking of doing patches on those
Can you help me with using the serger on silk fabric
Do you use wooly thread in upper.
I was doing this stitch. It started out fine but in middle the stitching crumpled. I got so frustrated. Any idea why this happened? I was looking at the threading and it was fine. I have a M343D
Please give the tension settings for the rolled hem again.
I wanna do this stitch but mine output is not the same I don't know what going wrong help me.

why bother taking off the left needle why not just un-thread it?
That’s way too many steps to do a rolled hem. Might as well purchase a serger that can do it automatically
I could do without the 38 seconds of intro. Waste of life.
Awesome video, thanks so much!!
