I think you are about to push me down the felting rabbit hole! lol. I’m one of those crafters that can’t do just one craft and be happy I currently 6 other crafts I enjoy so I need to get more organized. I’ve watched your channel off and on since you began. However I have terminal illness (s) and I’ve lost my two eldest sons, one to murder and the other to cancer. My doctors finally convinced me to start doing more for myself.i know this is tmf. I’ve always liked you , your personality and your crafting. I look forward to seeing more
@@sherrykeever8097 Hi Sherry! Thank you for your sweet comment❤️❤️ I'm so sorry for your losses and terminal illness but you still seem to sound so upbeat. I've always felt that crafting is such a wonderful way to calm our minds and sooth our troubled souls. I hope you give the felt kits a try! You can never have too many hobbies! Take care ❤️❤️❤️
Okay..I'll make a video! I don't have the impressive collection like you do but I have an enough to make a kit video I think..as usual you inspire and enable me 😀
I have not tried felt crafts, but seeing your kits was such fun! The autumn ones and the bird ones are so adorable!! Please film a finish video when you can!🙃💕
These are wonderful Christine, I love a kit and wish I’d collected kits now from back in the day when I first started stitching. I love the summer one, with the flip flops and shades etc ❤
I love all your kits. I'm so jealous. lol. I have about 5 waiting to be stitched. They are addictive but I struggle with wanting to do them AND cross stitch AND quilting all at the same time. lol
Christine thank you for the video, I enjoyed it so much! I'm even newer felter (is it even a word😂?) but I've bought some kits. You were actually the enabler for me 😅 I love those food ornaments. They coordinate with mill hill ones, don't you think? How fun would be to have them together. I've started one kit from Ukrainian company, they do the same way as Herrschners. So I cut the paper pattern, stick it to felt and just cut the felt using the paper pattern. At first, I used little magnets to prevent paper to move but they tried to magnetize with scissors. So, I switched to pins and it went well. The good thing of not preprinted felt is that you don't need to worry about printed lines staying on felt.
@@UAStitchery yes, to think all the food mill hills along with these would look so cute! That is a very good point about the non stamped kits....no cutting lines to worry about!
That's a fabulous stash! I have 8 kits in my stash, but at least 4 others that are stitched but need to be properly finished and sewn together including a wreath. Just got Merry Stockings' Gingerbread Village last month.
Can we do a merry stocking mantel stitch a long? I just bought the he is risen one from them, and I do want to stitch it asap. Thanks for another great video!
@@tammybunge5615 I understand the intimidation! Just start with step one and dive right in! Your first one might not be perfect, but once you get a handle on the process, you will be a pro by the time you finish the kit! You can do it!
You showed it in this video gingerbread ornaments simply adorable
