LOL.... we get that around here too. Deer season is coming to a close here. Jan 1st is the last day. We still get rabbit and turkey hunters but deer season is by far the most active for the area that I run in. Yes, this is a great Christmas idea or something like this. I have a really inexpensive rechargeable headlamp that I wear when its really dark out so I can see the ground I'm running on. Have a great day. Happy Holidays.

Why is he wearing it backwards though? Trying to put that thing on in that direction is very difficult and liable to tear the lighting out of the power housing. Reverse it and use the velcro strap to put it on.
Hi Lou. You may have a different style than I do. Mine is on correct with the power button located in the center of my chest. If I turn it around I wouldn’t be able to turn it on because the power button would be in the center of my back. And, there isn’t a velcro strap, although I think a Velcro strap would be a nice feature. This one slips over your head to put on. Have a great day! Thanks for sharing.
@@RunTall I have a 1st gen as well. I was looking for a video to explain it to a friend but I couldn't find any good ones. Even the company site completely overlooks it. And there's only one small picture on the packaging showing the hidden velcro. Maybe I'm wrong, and I have a Gen 2, but even the infographics you showed in the video have the battery pack on the back and the large Amphipod on the front.
Hey thanks for sharing Lou. I appreciate it. I wear mine with the controls in the front so I can turn it on and off as well as cycle through the different modes without taking it off. There’s nothing wrong with turning it on first and wearing it with the controls in the back. The fit is the same you just can’t operate it that way. I guess it’s personal preference.
