(Wabash Heritage Unit) NS 4524 - State Highway 152, Humphrey, AR

NS 4524 leads a manifest train just outside of Humphrey, AR. Trailing in the consist is an NS ET44AC and NS 1070, the Wabash heritage unit. While 1070’s paint is wearing out a bit, it still looks somewhat decent, although NS is reportedly starting to repaint their heritage units into a fresh coat of paint, with units such as 1069 (Reading) and 8099 (Southern) having been repainted so far, so this unit may soon have a fresh coat of its Wabash colors. Only time will tell though...
