Great question! For image quality settings, the recording mode is set to High Quality FH, the frame rate is set to 60i, and I've got the file format set to AVCHD. With the format settings, the result is exported as a .MTS file in the "Removable Drive (D:) > PRIVATE > AVCHD > BDMV > STREAM folder. It's a little bit of a maze to get through, but just follow the file names in the quotes in order to get to your videos. Keep in mind that the "Removable Drive (D:) file may be called something different, but it's the same procedure. The camera will ALWAYS export video files by number for some reason, but from what I've seen it's always ordered from oldest to newest. Sony does offer a free Windows program called PlayMemories Home that supposedly can help make exporting easier, but it's not required and I just use the File Explorer method. As for some other camera settings in the Camera/Mic menu, it's all mostly, if not all, unchanged from out of the box, with white balance, exposure, focus, IRIS and shutter speed all being set to auto, while Low Lux (low light) mode is off. Scene selection is set to auto, SteadyShot is active, digital zoom is off, and auto backlight is on. Microphone settings are all default settings (zoom mic and wind reduction both off, and "micref" level is normal), though I may experiment with the wind reduction feature at some point. I'd highly recommend you go out and tinker with the settings and find what works best for you though. Try getting test shots of various subjects like cars, scenery, buildings, just walking around, etc. while noting your settings for those clips to help with this, and consider connecting it to a TV or computer as the results really show on a bigger screen. I'm just using settings that make me happy with the end result, and it's likely you may find some settings that work better for you. One thing I WILL suggest, though, is to just bite the bullet and get a 256GB microSD card. It's well worth the extra cost, as one can give you over 32 hours of video time (compared to the measly 4 hours of a 32GB card). I've yet to see if a 512GB card works, but with a 256GB one, you can probably rely on that for YEARS. I use a SanDisk ImageMate series 256GB card, but it's likely a Walmart branded (onn.) one will work as well. Sorry if this was a long comment, but I hope it helps nonetheless.

I figured that the settings were already set to that, but I'm still tweaking the settings to try to get the best results possible. Keep an eye out for more test footage.

It is. The horn used to be a mixed cast P5A from what I understand; however, it has since been replaced with a K5LLA sometime before this video was filmed.

Actually, it seems as if there’s a second #1 bell in place of the #3; that combined with a seemingly dead #4 bell is what caused the strange sound. As much as I’d like for it to be one, there is no #3B bell.
