- It was a perfect Sunday in N5 as we soared to a 4-1 win over title rivals, Chelsea, and you can now relive all the best moments via our highlights.
Beth Mead kicked off the scoring after a stunning team move on the counter and though the Blues quickly equalised, the deadlock didn't last for long. Amanda Ilestedt and Alessia Russo made it 3-1 to our Gunners before half-time, and Russo capped off the win and a Player of the Match performance with a second in the 74th minute.

That performance by Arsenal is a statement to the rest of the League. Kim Little near the goal brings a lot of coherence to the frontline and prevents the attacks fizzing out like in the earlier games this season.

I know it's still very early and there's a lot of game ahead, but if they continue like this I don't know. Arsenal have a very strong attack and a spectacular midfield. These players were warriors on the field, it was a battle. this victory was deserved.

From a shaky start in the season this was good to see. I don’t think you can understate Mead’s impact on the pitch. Nice to see that we have a bench full of depth that we can use to our advantage too, will make the attempt at silverware this season far easier.
