Hand of the family and as for the people who don't have anything nice to say then stay the heck off this channel and let rest of enjoy it for what it is watching a true artist at work. 🥰 Bravo to you and your STUNNING WORK 👍👍👍👍
Tattoos aren’t disgusting…what IS disgusting is people’s choices to post mean, spiteful comments. I love your channel Angie! Thank you for putting your work out there for us and for addressing those comments so kindly. I hope Flanders feels much better!
yes, please everyone calm down about Angie's tattoos. Allow us all our forms of self-expression. If you truly cannot get past it, stop watching! nd go watch another channel lacking in her level of care and creativity. I'm sticking with Angie!
Well said! I’m so tired of keyboard warriors who think it’s okay to make such rude comments. Tattoos DO NOT make anyone less credible. They’re not ugly. Mean spirited comments are ugly. You don’t have to agree with another person’s choices, but there’s no need to put them down. Let people be themselves. I just don’t get why this is so difficult for some folks to understand.
Anyone who gives you shade because of your tattoos isn't paying attention to the obvious fact that you are a kind, honest, giving person. Just ignore the nasties. There are undoubtedly thousands of fans out here who love you dearly. Your sad episode with Flanders was something you couldn't avoid. Not completing the challenge as you wanted it to be was just the kind of thing that life sometimes throws at us. Your artwork or this piece is breathtaking. Accept the love and appreciation that we all feel for you.
Agree and really take all the time to do something wonderful. Watching the progress, the story, is the important part. The end and finish I personally think should not be such a heavy goal.
Don’t let the small-minded haters get you down. And don’t be despondent over not completing the challenge! I would always prioritise a life & death situation over a made-up bit of fun. And I can’t wait to see the finished paintings! Beautiful 😍
I am 82 years old and not at all of the tattoo generation (if there is one), but I find your tattoos very interesting and colorful. Until this episode, I thought probably they were wet and paste thingies, but now I know they were done with a needle. The more of your videos I watch, the less the tattoos are in the fore. I think your furniture restoration is very professional and artistic as well. I especially love your care for your bunnies and cats. I have always had cats and all activities stop when I help my cat heal. I totally understand and feel good about the time you take to tend to the most important things in your life.
As a fellow tattooed artist, I find it sad that anyone would say they couldn't focus on your pieces because of the art on your arms. That says to me that they weren't here for what you do but to pick at who you are. You are an amazing artist, and I am so happy that I came across your channel. You have helped me figure out a few of my pieces that were giving me anxiety because I didn't really want to paint them but didn't know what to do with them. I recently started a vintage Mengel dresser and am so excited to try restoring the gorgeous wood (I don't know what wood it is, but it's beautiful) so, thank you for what you do. Keep moving forward, and know you are making a difference! God Bless
Thank you !!! As a kid I was told that tattoos were on bad men …. The examples my parents gave me were like the Hells Angels motorcycle gang feared in the US in the 70’s apparently) Turns out that tattoos are a beautiful expression of body art and my PARENTS were the bad people I should fear and stay away from… glad I grew up and had a mind of my own to escape the abuse and break the cycle for my 5 children… I only have one tattoo but it definitely is beautiful and definitely means something to me …. Love what you do and love the tattoos I can see and that you use your talent for good is in itself amazing not many people in this world are good and give of themselves so thank you thank you …. And lastly yes I do want you to explain modern furniture cause most stuff At furniture stores these days feels like garbage wood to me !!
It's too bad people feel the need to make personal comments like that. I started watching because of your refinishing talent. I'm not at all surprised to see that you are also talented in other art forms. Thank you for the bunny bits you share too!
Trolls are miserable under achievers that want others as miserable as they are. You have heard " misery loves company"? It's an aphorism because it's true.
Don't let the judgemental jackasses get you down. I don't have tats, but can respect the artistry when I see it, and you are definitely an artist of both skin and wood. The fact that you took care of your bunny when it needed help shows your heart. I am a 68 year old woman just getting started in woodworking and refinishing and work like yours is what I aspire to do. Your kind heart and artistry are both an inspiration.
77 year old lady here. Wasn't a fan of tattoos... but I think yours are pretty. Almost as pretty as your dear heart and soul! You are an amazing artist and person. God has blessed you with amazing talent. I love you dearly.
You didn't fail in the least. You refinished a beautiful piece of furniture and you tended to a precious little one that needed you (a bunny mom myself, so I know all about the seriousness of GI stasis). I'm praying for Flanders to make a full recovery. Also, I am so here for your artwork, it's absolutely gorgeous! Hope we get to see the finished results. And although I don't personally have any tattoos, I love them on other people. I really wish that people who don't share a love for something that someone else does, would just keep their comments to themselves. I wonder how many of them would actually say their comments to that person face to face, if they weren't protected by the anonymity of being online. In any case, you are beyond tolerant and patient and deserve all the best.
As a Christian AND a gal with tats, I love to see other women expressing themselves through such art. I believe the vast variety of flowers and trees and birds are proof of a creative God. (I mean... zebras? Enough said!) So keep doing - and enjoying - what you're doing. There are people who have never met you, like me, who value you 😍💜
Angie, you are a beautiful person. More beautiful than any Kardashian or super model. Today's standards are messed up. Your tattoos do not take away from you in any way. Keep doing what you're doing.
I have never commented before and I really hope I am doing this correctly. Angie, it is a pleasure watching you. You have a calming voice and an unbelievable talent. It doesn’t bother me at all if someone is covered in tattoos, piercings, has purple hair, or anything else. I believe it’s what’s on the inside that matters. I can tell you are a kind person who has a loving heart. That’s what I look for in people. That’s what matters. Keep doing what you are doing…you bring happiness to a lot of us.
You said it better than I could have, Margaret. Tattoos are definitely not my thing -- maybe it's generational -- but it would never occur to me to dis Angie, whose talents and generosity of spirit are on such obvious display in these beautiful videos, over her personal choices. A very big downside of social media is the fact that anonymity has given so many people license to act their worst without any consequences. I can only suggest that these folks take a breath and practice the Golden Rule. Angie, you are a treasure. I never miss one of your videos. Keep up the good work ... and take care of those bunnies and kitties! 😉
Nicely stated. I love watching Angie. It’s relaxing, informative and interesting. Shame on people for acting so ugly. This is one of those problems that has gotten worse the past few years. People think they can say anything online. Angie we love the work you do. Could it be better if you didn’t have tattoos? I don’t think so. These people are showing their intolerance and stupidity. Sorry you have to put up with it
Take your time and take care of Flanders. I can see those panels will look amazing when you finish them. You haven't failed the challenge, you just had to put it on pause. Don't kick yourself for not finishing it yet. Also your tattoos are great and it's neat to see such a wonderful multitalented artist combining her many forms of art. Your videos are wonderful and relaxing to watch. :)
@@TranscendFurnitureGallery Angela, you know your own worth and we do too. Your video was refreshing in its honesty and I didn’t see anything that was a failure. Back at you with the heart. 💙
I just found your channel and I’m so impressed with your knowledge and creativity. I’m disheartened by the terrible comments people make. We’ve become a tactless world where people think it’s ok to tear anyone down they see fit to. It’s absolutely none of their business that you have tattoos. Your artwork is incredible.
I love how you can call people out for their rudeness while being super polite and kind - that's a gift! Your videos are always an inspiration. I hope your bunny is ok!
I am so happy to see how beautiful the piece turned out. I have many teak veneer pieces, and their simple lines I find soothing. Well done!! As far as those folks speaking negatively about tattoos, they seem to have forgotten they have no say in your choices. Every person is entitled to their own preferences in partners, religion, politics, pets, foods and even tattoos. Please, keep just being you because boatloads of us like you just as you are. Oh, and please give Flanders an additional snuggle from me. 🐰💗💖
I personally think that your taste level is phenomenal, I am always amazed how beautiful you manage to make these pieces. I love the bunny Interludes and cannot understand why others feel the need to drag people down. Your tattoos are beautiful and they are you. Thank you for making awesome videos. 🇬🇧 ❤
I love your tattoos. I’m a seasoned nurse with visible tattoos and I still get those who think I can’t do my job or be professional because of them. It’s straight nonsense. I love your work and I learn so much from your videos that I’ve been binge watching for the past couple months since I discovered you. ❤
Another great video. So happy to have caught my first premier! Sending prayers for Flanders and please don't feel as if you let anyone down. Anyone who loves their fur babies would always put their welfare first. Cannot wait to see the piece with the artwork. Thanks for letting us be a part of it.
Your talent in furniture refinishing and as an artist, not to mention your love and compassion for animals are the only things that matter. Screw the people that are just negative and mean. You are amazing. Don’t listen to the others. Just look at the amount of followers you have and the wonderful comments that people leave you. I have learned so much from you. Thank you for sharing your incredible talents!
I’m sorry your bunny wasn’t feeling well and hope he is continuing to make a full recovery. I’m also sorry about the folks who trip and fall over your tattoos instead of standing to watch and learn from the amazingly talented and caring person you are. It is their loss. What you have done of the painting so far is beautiful with incredible detail, even on the birds legs and toes! I hope you will be able to show it to us once it has been completed.
Hi Angie. I’m a senior Canadian woman living in Europe. So when I see your videos, I get the chance to hear a fellow Canadian. For me it’s also a cultural connection. Your videos are informative - I get to see more characteristics of wood and different styles of furniture. All I see is an excellent presentation - certainly something for which you should be proud. As for your tattoos, I think they’re beautiful. Thank you, also for your generous contributions to protecting bunnies and for caring about your community. Please continue making your videos. I cannot do furniture work in my apartment, but if I had to shop at one of the second hand shops (almost every village has one), I would be better informed regarding the pros and cons of an old pieces of furniture. Thanks so much for making my RUclips experience an educational one (as well as entertaining). Take care and best wishes for a wonderful future. …..waiting for your next contribution. Thanks again.
You're so welcome Deborah! I'm glad to be able to give you a connection to home. Thank you so much for watching and I'm really glad you enjoy my content. ❤️
Angie, I never post comments but after reading the comments someone has left you, I am compelled to tell you you are my favorite RUclipsr. The reason I am so drawn to you is both my love for furniture restorations and the fact that i started a tattoo apprenticeship a couple years ago (unfinished as the shop wasn’t a welcoming place for me). You literally inspire two of my most creative inclinations and your work on either end is incredible. I wish the comment section would allow photos so we could all overwhelm the haters with our horrid inked skin! Additionally I hope for a full recovery for your bunny. My heart aches for you both! Best best best wishes!
Thank you so much for watching Aubrey! I will say I'm sorry the shop you were apprenticing at wasn't a welcome environment, there are few things worse for a job. 🐰❤️
Angie, as followers with tattoos, we love your work and you and Andrea. Keep up the amazing work and keep being kind and gracious. You are really talented and I would be honored to have a tattoo from you!
Your ability to refinish furniture to be it's best while staying true to what it was meant to be is amazing. But what is even more admirable is the love you have for the cats and bunnies in your care. The fact that you are also such a talented artist just elevates you even further as someone that I want to emulate. I don't understand people who think everyone needs to live according to their rules. If you don't agree with something someone else is doing that doesn't cause harm to others, just move on and let them live their truth and happiness! Positive thoughts to Flanders for a swift and full recovery. Whenever you are able to get the painting of the doors done, we are all excited to see the final results. I am sure it will be stunning, just like practically every piece you have done.
I thought you were in your 20’s! My grandfather was a master cabinet maker as was his father before him. Gramps always stressed to me the necessity of finishing/sealing all sides of a wooden piece. Otherwise, moisture in the air will absorb differently and your piece can warp. I especially object to the odors absorbed. Your piece is lovely. I so hope your bunny returns to complete health. Living beings in our care ALWAYS ALWAYS are the priority.
I love all your work, Angie, and while I wouldn’t get tattoos, I absolutely defend your right to indulge. Your furniture, artwork, and yes, even your tattoos are some of the best I’ve ever seen. Keep up the great work!
I really admire your work with the pieces you restore. But I also admire how kind and patient you are with all those folks who are attacking you personally for having tattoos, or who are getting really gross when they don't like your choices for finishing a piece. I think this kindness and patience is also visible in your work.
Those panels are gorgeous and I can’t wait to see them finished!! I’m glad to hear you’ll be hanging them in your studio because that means we’ll catch glimpses of them in future videos! And to the tattoo haters: ugh. I’m usually too busy looking at the furniture to pay close attention to someone’s skin or clothes or whatever.
Your tattoos are awesome, your buns are awesome, your family is awesome and your furniture restoration is the most soothing thing on earth. Even if you had literal hundreds of people swooping in to offer criticism, there are *182 thousand people* who wouldn't change a thing.
I respect you for speaking up about your tattoos. This channel is about furniture refinishing and flipping. Your personal life is just that: your personal life… yours to do what you please with. Carry on doing your thing, Angie.❤ And a big shout out to your bunny Flanders. Hope he gets well soon.❤
Good afternoon Angie! Your furniture transformations are magical. Your narration is so well presented and your professionalism is top drawer. And although I do not have tattoos , I think the artistry of your tattoos is wonderful. I cannot for the life of me understand why people have the audacity to comment on anything else but your furniture transformations . You are an artist of the finest quality . Your humanity , love of nature and animals shines through . Anyone who would make sure a spider is safely removed from a neglected furniture piece deserves positive comments on everything . I will continue to learn from and appreciate your videos for as long as you continue to present them .
I am a 74 year old great gram, and I'm going to put in my two cents on this tattoo subject. I love art whether it's on canvas, furniture, or a person. ALL of your art is amazing and beautiful to look at, so I'm glad you brush off the negative comments. I love you, your art, your skill, and your sweet nature. Please don't ever stop doing everything you can to make this world more beautiful, it needs it.
My daughter does guinea pig rescue and Critical Care has helped so many of her pigs. I admire your commitment to your bunnies and nothing is more inspiring than seeing a true animal rescuer doing their thing. Your tattooes are lovely..f**k the haters. I admire your commitment to writing your life on your skin.... another lovely artform. And did I mention your ability to educate us on how to transform old furniture into something beautiful. Thank you for making the world a more kind caring and beautiful place
Angie I love that you included all the message screen shots. That nastiness needs to be called out more often. We creators do this because we love to, but that shouldn't mean it's okay to take abuse. I'm in love with your design and know it'll be stunning when you finish! All the healthy vibes to Flanders!
I absolutely love the art for the new doors! Can’t wait for an update on the completion. The piece is beautiful the Odies really brings out the beauty of the wood.
First, you did an amazing job restoring this piece. Those paintings are going to be fantastic! Second, thank you for the bunny and cat interludes as most of us love them. I hope Flanders is well. Third, people need to remember the golden rule...if you can't say anything nice, then say nothing at all. It seems unhappy people criticize others to make themselves feel better. Fourth, is there any way you could make some of your drawings into transfers? People like me who struggle to draw a stick figure would love to have some we could add to our own furniture. Fifth, be your best self as that is what we know and love.
People can be so ignorant. How anyone could watch your videos and consider leaving a cruel comments about your body is beyond me. You consistently prove yourself to be not only sensitive and creative but also tender-hearted and kind. You be you, Angie. I admire you.
I so look forward to your videos. Not only the furniture, but the rabbits, your partner, your home and community, Nacho and your art…you have so much talent. You are a beautiful person inside and out. Thanks for sharing your life with us. ❤
I just loved "this is going to be a bugger to get off"! I'm from Australia and it was fun to see the overlap between our two versions of English. US viewers might have scratched their heads slightly, but you had me on board from the get-go.
I don’t understand why some people think it’s ok to comment on other’s appearance. Keep it to yourselves, folks! Your comments aren’t going to change the other person. All you’re doing is revealing your own shortcomings. There - I’m done. Angie, you are gracious as well as hard-working and talented! Thank you for sharing all your gifts with us.
I am always amazed at people's inability to comment without adding an opinion that the content is not about. I'm embarrassed for these people that have absolutely no class and feel it is their obligation to let the world know their opinions. No one cares. We're all here to watch a talented woman do her thang with paint and tools. You are an inspiration
The artwork is beautiful, I can't wait to see the finished piece. I don't have tattoos, and that's my choice. You are a talented artist and you have every right to showcase your beautiful work on your own skin. Some people must have very little to bother them, when they feel the need to make hateful comments about your tattoos. The world is in turmoil with war and natural disasters, these are much more concerning to me. ♥️
My first comment...I wait (sometimes not so patiently) for you to release a new video, and have rewatched many from your library, several times. You have amazing talent. Who you are is precious, a resource of great value; not to be wasted or treated carelessly. I have learned and continue to learn so much from you. Thank you for inspiring me to take free furniture off the street and refinish it for my home. You seriously rock! FWIW I love your tattoos.
The fact you love rabbits, and donate to a rescue, makes me love your videos even more. We had 2 rabbits growing up. They died of old age. Miss them still.
Your pieces are always perfection. Can't wait to see the finished hand painted doors. Actually some of the unpainted blank outline looked cool with the design. Beautiful piece angie!
Another beautiful restoration!! Can’t wait to see the completed painted panels - you are truly talented!! And good for you for calling out rude individuals - I was shocked and mortified at what people said to you 😮. I say just block them and move on - don’t waste your energy. Positive vibes only!! ❤ It takes strength to be in the public eye - thank you for all you do! I learn tons from your videos and love your bunnies and Nacho😊
Gorgeous work as always! Can't wait to see your finished painted panels! And as for people throwing shade at your ink, you're an amazing artist who is using her gifts and sharing them -- as it should be! My dad got a very cool panther tattoo when he was in the Navy in WWII that was truly a work of art. Art is best appreciated for what it is: art -- in whatever form it takes! Enjoy your awesome journey 👍🌞 🎨
Even after 7 decades on this planet, I'm still capable of being stunned/disgusted by the level of rudeness and animosity some people toss on others. As my dad used to say, if you don't like it, turn the page/change the channel--no one has a gun to your head forcing you to watch. You keep doing you because you're wildly talented and sharing your work with us is a gift.
I admire those who opt to have tattoos in all shapes and forms. I personally could not do it because I have been receiving needle picks for cancer treatment since 2020 and it is exhausting and frightening for me. I have to say that a number of nurses have tattoos and it becomes a topic of conversation for me. I love them. Keep it up Angie, your tattoos, your choice and they are lovely just as much as your amazing videos, magical editing and restoration work like no-one else ! I actually recommended you to another RUclipsr in the UK today because you both have something in common: Bunnies. His is called Bun Bun.
I'm so sorry to hear you're going through cancer treatment. Sending you best wishes for healing. Also - thank you so much for sharing me, I really appreciate it!
Amazing painting. My daughter is also a painter (the artist kind). My painting skills extend only to furniture. So I am so amazed to see her and your work. Hope your bunny fully recovers. There’s always time to finish a painting. The sick pets can’t wait. You did the right thing.
I've always said to my husband, just because you CAN say whatever is on your mind, doesn't mean you SHOULD say whatever is on your mind. What happened to the saying we were taught in kindergarten..."If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all!" You have such great talent, and it seems like you are such a caring person, don't give any credence to the haters! Just do you and thanks for sharing your talents with us! (Cindy)
The things that you do like rescuing bunnies and loving your cats and just doing great work period tells me you are a special person. Tattoos are not MY thing, but for other people I think they rock. My son has some great tattoos. Never will I criticize someone else because they do. You do you! And piss off to those who criticize! Go Angie
I LOVE, LOVE where you took this piece. Just absolutely beautiful...especially the unfinished panels! Your art is truly such a gift...and heck with what others say about tatoos...why do people feel the need to comment on anything that they don't like or care for? Just accept people for who they are....we should celebrate our differences and stop judging.😉
OMG! I’m a huge fan of your work! But this tattoo sketch is something else! It is sooooo beautiful! Can’t wait to see the finished piece. Wish your precious bunny a speedy recovery:)
1. Beautiful work, as always!! 2. I hope Flanders is doing better!!🐇😘 3. I don’t have tattoos myself, but in every video, I’m awestruck by the beauty of your sleeves!!❤️
What I find hilarious is for every person that may struggle to watch your videos BECAUSE you have tats? I first started watching BECAUSE I loved your tats so much 😂 I myself have tattoos and love redoing furniture. I thought you were so cool as soon as I saw your videos. Your tattoos, style and animals are what makes your channel so amazing 😊 So ignore the haters. Some of us are here for EXACTLY what you are and what you bring!!!
I’ve been watching you for a long time and I absolutely love your work. I don’t understand how people think they have the right to speak to anyone that way - especially you, Angie. I find you to be a truly good, caring human being. You make me want to do better in my own life. Please don’t waste a second of your precious time and talent on these horrible people. Your work, both the tattoos and the furniture, speaks for itself. You’re incredibly creative and an amazing artist!
Poor Flanders! I hope he gets better soon. It's horrible that some people feel it's ok to be so rude to you. You, your family, and your videos are a delight. Thank you for sharing what you do! Your videos are so wholesome and educational, I've learned so much from you! And the bunnies and kitties are the best. 😻🐰
Hi Angie! What an awesome video. Packed with crucial information and dispelling misinformation. I appreciate the time and effort. I’m sorry to see those terrible comments about your tattoos and I hope that this challenge will help spread love and tolerance for others. Your drawings are beautiful and I can’t wait to see them finished. Prayers for little Flanders 💖
I look forward to your videos every week! I have learned so much from watching your videos and every time I am amazed at the beautiful work you do on these pieces that would most likely end up in the landfill. I cannot wait to see those panels all painted and finished, you truly are a very talented artist. Too bad you dont do tattoos anymore, your art is just the kind of thing I gravitate towards and Im always on the hunt for a new tattoo! If you ever decide to start selling your prints and artwork I would definitely love to buy some.
I am an old lady. I don’t have tattoos. But I have always admired the incredible art some folks are brave enough to put on their skin. I always tell folks when I admire their tattoos if I feel like it is appropriate, and someday I may get one myself! I’m sorry some people are a**holes and can’t be civil. But you are a beautiful person who is very creative and your tattoos are just one of the many great things about you. Keep up the good work!
I love your tats! They are a personal choice. I have one on each arm and on each leg. I’m 63. Your work is amazing and the tats do not ruin your credibility. It’s a freedom that I appreciate. Thanks for your amazing work on saving bunnies and furniture.
wow, i can't wait to see the finished "tattoo". it looks amazing! the piece turned out beautiful! 💛 (it's so sad that people feel obligated to say such negative things about your personal choices.😒 haven't they ever heard of 'if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all'? and the ol' 'live and let live'?)🙄🤨 i hope Flanders is doing better!🐇
It’s so interesting to see all the skills and interests you have, while teaching us about furniture refinishing. Thank you! Can’t wait to see the finished piece with the tattoo. Best wishes to bunny.
Just here to say that I looove what you do, love the dedication, love the bunnies, live Nacho, love your voice, personality and especially your amazing tattoos! One of the things that drew me to your channel. Thank you for such amazing content, I've actually learned so much while watching all the way from Croatia😁✨🙏 looking forward to seing the pannels finished, they already look beautiful.
I will never understand why some people think it is their business to comment on things that are really none of their business. Dont watch if things annoy you. I think you are brilliant and an amazing artist. Please keep sharing these beautiful pieces.❤️
It’s difficult being a working momma! I admire your devotion to your pet. I would have done the same. Living things come first! Looking forward to seeing your bunny healthy again. The Teak is beautiful. I do look forward to seeing your finished panels. My kids are covered in tattoos too. At first I said things I shouldn’t have but i respect their choices now. You see when we grew up only criminals, prostitutes and sailors had tattoos. So mentally there is a stigma attached to them for older people or just people who are judgmental. I suggest you tell them to mind their own business. It’s not their money or their body. LOVE your show. You’re a natural teacher. If you get tired of doing this, you could give lessons at a community center or your home. God bless you! ❤
I hope your bunny is feeling better now. Of course taking care of your pets comes first! The piece you finished is gorgeous. It’s inspiring me to perhaps refinish one I have that isn’t even in very bad shape but I like the the Odies oil finish that you created. And please don’t worry about those people who think that everybody’s life has an impact on theirs. It’s only because they don’t have one of their own that they need to Worry about other peoples self expression.
Your high standards are part of what make your videos such a pleasure you watch, but don't beat yourself up about "failure" - that sideboard is beautiful!
I am not sure why people feel entitled to share their feelings about your personal appearance, but clearly they have not made it to adulthood yet! You are so talented - and I find your videos completely engaging! Looking forward to seeing the finished panels in the future. Taking care of a sick animal is just another attribute that makes you very special! Thanks for all you do!
You are so incredibly talented! The pieces you produce are amazing and beautiful! Thank you for taking the time to produce these videos, and give glimpses into your animal world, such love and care..I hope he recovers ok…he’s so beautiful..I think animals bring so much good into a world that isn’t always…🌺
I started to tear up when you showed those terrible comments. You are an incredibly talented person and in times where I have been anxious or depressed your videos give me a sense of calm. I’m in my mid 40s and I finally decided to get the tattoo sleeves I’ve wanted for 20 years! I would love to get a tattoo from you one day! Also please do a video explaining the differences in wood. Thanks for your amazing videos! ❤️🇨🇦
I'm actually just finishing up the tattoo part of my career, I'm just finishing up clients I've already started and then I am done. But kudos to you for getting sleeves!! I do have a video up already about some of the most common wood types, it is here - ruclips.net/video/aL18f_s823w/видео.html I hope this helps and thanks so much for watching!! ❤️
As seems to be the case 100% of the time, I love your work and your passion for furniture, for your fur babies and for life. Along with it all is your laughter... It is wonderfully contagious. Keep on being you!
First, affirmation of your work - your design aesthetic and unparalleled talent to carry it out has been an inspiration for me these last two years as I try my best to also rescue vintage furniture from the landfills. Two, you are so compassionate and selfless, opening up your emotional and intellectual being to more than 182,000 people, and for free!!! Wow, it takes a lot of guts put yourself out there on social media and to do what you are doing, and to have a small number of people disregard the civility of common courtesy and respect we all deserve is disheartening. But persevere, we love your work, we love you...
I love your videos and I can't believe the awful things people say about your tattoos. That kind of meanness is unnecessary and so upsetting. Hope the little bun bun continues on his recovery. I'd love to see a video where you explain more about wood types and how to know what you're looking at. 🐇❤🩹
Your tattoos are gorgeous, and so are the panel designs. And the teak looks fantastic! But you definitely chose the most important work, taking care of a sick bunny always comes first. Hope Flanders feels better soon :)
Go Angie! This was a great way to bring light to unnecessary rudeness and exemplify how not to be. I think people forget how to be courteous when interaction online. As always you bring much inspiration 💖 Thank you for all your sharing and effort. I appreciate how educational your channel is. And best wishes for little bunny.
Your body, your choice. When I look at your videos all I see is your talent, your heart, and the love you give each piece you refurbish. I applaud you calling out the haters and letting them know their comments were unkind and unwelcomed.
There’s something so soothing about watching these pieces get transformed into a new version of their best selves. And while I don’t think I’m going to be getting into furniture refinishing anytime soon, I do feel like the more I watch you channel, the more I learn about how to better take care of the wood furniture I have and what to look for if I buy any in the future. I hope your bunny recovers well and is back to their usual self soon. And good on you calling out people for their rude comments. I’m sorry you have to deal with that.
You are such a great artist! Whether it be with your furniture refinishing or your tattoos, you do beautiful work! I got my first tattoo at 44 yrs. old. My family's reaction to it wasn't quite as nasty as some of yours, but they said I was too old for such childishness. It isn't even a big tattoo. It is a rose vine around my ankle. People can be so cruel sometimes. Just keep up the good work and I think you seem like a very nice person and someone I would be friends with. I hope your bunny gets well soon.
Beijos. Rio de Janeiro - Brasil.
Oh I absolutely do, it's just mind blowing to me what some people feel they have the right to say about someone else's body. Thanks so much for watching!
Tattoos can be so beautiful. And those who are tattoo artists are just that Artists! My daughter's sister-in-law's entire back is the most breathtaking tapestry of tattoos...the story of her life❤❤❤ Your dedication to your work and to taking care of abandoned bunnies is commendable👏👏 Keep doing all you do, you certainly brighten up my days. Thank you🙏
I am dismayed at how many angry people are out there and have nothing better to do than attack someone’s personal taste, unreal! I am a in my 60s, no tattoos, I say this as not to defend being part of the culture. What I do defend is that it is a personal choice, it is a form of art. Not all art is tasteful but over the years I have often complemented people who are sporting beautiful and tasteful tattoos. I think it takes guts! I commend them for this!! If we were all the same, it would be a pretty boring world, have any of these rude commenters seen “The Stepford wives?” Good grief, put your energy into something that matters and doesn’t expose your very narrow minds. Angie, the first thing I noticed about you is that you have a very pretty face and I absolutely love your voice, you just seem like such a kind soul, I can hear it in your voice. I’m glad to hear that you have not taken these comments personal and recognize the source. You are beautiful inside and out🌷

Hand of the family and as for the people who don't have anything nice to say then stay the heck off this channel and let rest of enjoy it for what it is watching a true artist at work. 🥰 Bravo to you and your STUNNING WORK 👍👍👍👍
Waiting for my order. Gonna give it a try. Thanks 💜
This! ♡
People that get tattoos are more honest, loyal, and hard working than anyone that does not. Also Not ALL BIKERS ARE GANG MEMBERS. Relax.
My daughter has several tattoos. It’s not my thing but I respect her choice. Live your own life. Be kind.
What she said! 👆
This 100%! ⬆️
Agree and really take all the time to do something wonderful. Watching the progress, the story, is the important part. The end and finish I personally think should not be such a heavy goal.
Live and let live. We watch for your calm voice, bunnies, cats, and mad refinishing skills. Keep being you!
Thank you so very much! ❤️
Yes, I agree, her calm voice is soothing and I appreciate the knowledge she shares with us.
I wish I had an ounce of your drawing skills. My poor students get only stick figures from me. :)
Thanks so much for watching!
@@constance4105 ❤️
God Bless
Thanks so much for watching and for your support! Much appreciated!
Me too! I don't want people to visit me if they are going to judge me by my furniture.
Trolls are miserable under achievers that want others as miserable as they are. You have heard " misery loves company"? It's an aphorism because it's true.
You're so welcome! Thanks so much for watching! 🐰
63 yo un-tatted man chiming in to echo this and many of the similarly supportive comments above. Well done Angie.
77 year old lady here. Wasn't a fan of tattoos... but I think yours are pretty. Almost as pretty as your dear heart and soul! You are an amazing artist and person. God has blessed you with amazing talent. I love you dearly.
Beautifully said!
Thank you so very much for watching and the incredible comment. Much appreciated!
It's scary stuff! I appreciate your kind words and support. Thank you for watching!🐰😊
As a Christian AND a gal with tats, I love to see other women expressing themselves through such art. I believe the vast variety of flowers and trees and birds are proof of a creative God. (I mean... zebras? Enough said!) So keep doing - and enjoying - what you're doing. There are people who have never met you, like me, who value you 😍💜
I’m not Christian, but still, zebras, come on, that’s just amazing! 😂🦓🦓🦓
We all know how talented you are, but it is your soul that brings tears to my eyes. Keep being you. I wish the world had more people like you!
Thank you so very much for your kindness and supportive comments. Much appreciated!
The calming voice. Yes, that is exactly true.
Margaret - for a first comment that was a humdinger! Thank you so very much for sharing your thoughts, I greatly appreciate that. ❤️
Sorry you have to put up with it
Well said Margaret 👏 I realised that I am all of the above in your comment lol purple hair, tattoos & piercings ....😂
I wish I had a whole house full of your "failures!" Looking forward to the video.
Thank you 😊I hope you enjoyed it!
You are such a beautiful, kind, talented person Angie ❤ I hope Flanders is feeling better and you all get back on track.
Thanks so much Kathy! ❤️🐰
Well said. X
Thank you very much!
Thank you so much Barb! I'm really glad you found my channel, welcome!
I love how you can call people out for their rudeness while being super polite and kind - that's a gift! Your videos are always an inspiration. I hope your bunny is ok!
So Canadian!
Thank you so very much!
Guilty! 😆
Consider Flanders snuggled! 🐰Thank you so much for your kind words Vicki, you are appreciated!
I personally think that your taste level is phenomenal, I am always amazed how beautiful you manage to make these pieces. I love the bunny Interludes and cannot understand why others feel the need to drag people down. Your tattoos are beautiful and they are you. Thank you for making awesome videos. 🇬🇧 ❤
Thank you so very much!
I love your tattoos. I’m a seasoned nurse with visible tattoos and I still get those who think I can’t do my job or be professional because of them. It’s straight nonsense. I love your work and I learn so much from your videos that I’ve been binge watching for the past couple months since I discovered you. ❤
Thank you so much for this comment! Much appreciated!!
Please don’t worry about not finishing Angie. Family comes first always and yes that includes the adorable bunnies. ❤️
Thanks for watching! 😊
Another great video. So happy to have caught my first premier! Sending prayers for Flanders and please don't feel as if you let anyone down. Anyone who loves their fur babies would always put their welfare first. Cannot wait to see the piece with the artwork. Thanks for letting us be a part of it.
Thank you so much! Flanders can use all the prayers he can get so I appreciate that!
Thank YOU so much for watching Sue!!! 😊
Oh I definitely will post them when they're complete. Thanks so much for watching Bobbie!
Wow, I thought the outline was good, but the portion with color is even more stunning! Can’t wait to see the completed painting!
Thank you so much!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you so very much for watching!! 😊
Thank you so much!!
I really admire your work with the pieces you restore. But I also admire how kind and patient you are with all those folks who are attacking you personally for having tattoos, or who are getting really gross when they don't like your choices for finishing a piece. I think this kindness and patience is also visible in your work.
Thank you so much Maria! I really appreciate that!
Hope Flanders continues feeling better; the piece looks beautiful 💗
Thank you very much!
Thanks so much for watching Erin!
Your tattoos are awesome, your buns are awesome, your family is awesome and your furniture restoration is the most soothing thing on earth. Even if you had literal hundreds of people swooping in to offer criticism, there are *182 thousand people* who wouldn't change a thing.
Well I think you're awesome! Thank you for that comment, for watching and for the support. All are greatly appreciated. ❤️
I love how thoroughly you prep and clean each piece , that attention to detail really sets you apart from so many others
Thank you very much!
There are no fails (talking about smart people like you 😉) only lessons learnt 🙃
I call it paying to learn 😜
Not a fail exactly more a 'Postponement of Completion' as I said in another comment. Thanks for watching!

I respect you for speaking up about your tattoos. This channel is about furniture refinishing and flipping. Your personal life is just that: your personal life… yours to do what you please with. Carry on doing your thing, Angie.❤
And a big shout out to your bunny Flanders. Hope he gets well soon.❤
Thank you so much for watching! ❤️🐰
Thank you kindly Arlene, I really appreciate that!
Thank you so much for the kind words Pam, I really appreciate that!
Thank you so much Susan!
Angie I love that you included all the message screen shots. That nastiness needs to be called out more often. We creators do this because we love to, but that shouldn't mean it's okay to take abuse. I'm in love with your design and know it'll be stunning when you finish! All the healthy vibes to Flanders!
I agree - because ignoring them doesn't seem to be working! Thanks for watching!
I absolutely love the art for the new doors! Can’t wait for an update on the completion. The piece is beautiful the Odies really brings out the beauty of the wood.
Thank you very much!
Sounds like a very cool idea, however time constraints will not allow for that. Thanks so much for watching!
I look forward to seeing the finished panels, they’re already looking so lovely
Thanks for watching!
People can be so ignorant. How anyone could watch your videos and consider leaving a cruel comments about your body is beyond me. You consistently prove yourself to be not only sensitive and creative but also tender-hearted and kind. You be you, Angie. I admire you.
Thanks so much!

Thank you for being so kind Susan! Much appreciated!
Thank you very much! 😊
I couldn't agree with you more! Utter ridiculousness. Thanks so much for watching and the support! Much appreciated!
Can't wait to see what you did! (Even though it says you failed, I know it will be good)
Thanks!
Thank you so much for watching!
The fact you love rabbits, and donate to a rescue, makes me love your videos even more. We had 2 rabbits growing up. They died of old age. Miss them still.
They're fantastic little animals and sadly one of the most abandoned of all pets. It breaks my heart!
I think it takes a lot of courage and vulnerability to share art. Thanks for being brave and letting us see your creativity. It's so beautiful.
Thank you so much!
Your pieces are always perfection. Can't wait to see the finished hand painted doors. Actually some of the unpainted blank outline looked cool with the design. Beautiful piece angie!
I’m digging the contrast between panted outline and painted flower and bird.
Thank you very much!
Thanks for watching! 😊
Thanks so much for watching!
Thank you very much!! ❤️
Can’t wait to see those panels finished, they are looking amazing! Hope Flanders is recovering well ❤
I posted an update on Flanders if you're wondering. 😊 Thank you so much for watching!
You're the best Angie! Your tattoos and furniture pieces are beautiful, and I always love getting animal updates. Hope Flanders is feeling better!
Thank you very much!
Amazing painting. My daughter is also a painter (the artist kind). My painting skills extend only to furniture. So I am so amazed to see her and your work. Hope your bunny fully recovers. There’s always time to finish a painting. The sick pets can’t wait. You did the right thing.
Thanks so much!
(Cindy)
Thank you for watching Cindy!
The things that you do like rescuing bunnies and loving your cats and just doing great work period tells me you are a special person. Tattoos are not MY thing, but for other people I think they rock. My son has some great tattoos. Never will I criticize someone else because they do. You do you! And piss off to those who criticize! Go Angie
Thank you very much for this Denise. I really appreciate it!
Thank you kindly Sue!
OMG! I’m a huge fan of your work! But this tattoo sketch is something else! It is sooooo beautiful! Can’t wait to see the finished piece. Wish your precious bunny a speedy recovery:)
Thanks so much for watching!
1. Beautiful work, as always!! 2. I hope Flanders is doing better!!🐇😘 3. I don’t have tattoos myself, but in every video, I’m awestruck by the beauty of your sleeves!!❤️
Thank you so much!!
I appreciate that very much!! Thank you!! ☺️
Thank you ever so much for your incredibly kind words. I really appreciate them! Thankfully the good far out weigh the bad. ❤️
Thanks so much for watching!
You are so welcome!
I'm actually working on that now and will definitely post when they're available. 😊Thanks so much for watching!
Thank you so very much!! ❤️
I love your tats! They are a personal choice. I have one on each arm and on each leg. I’m 63. Your work is amazing and the tats do not ruin your credibility. It’s a freedom that I appreciate. Thanks for your amazing work on saving bunnies and furniture.
Thanks so much for watching!
wow, i can't wait to see the finished "tattoo". it looks amazing! the piece turned out beautiful! 💛
(it's so sad that people feel obligated to say such negative things about your personal choices.😒 haven't they ever heard of 'if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all'? and the ol' 'live and let live'?)🙄🤨
i hope Flanders is doing better!🐇
He's definitely doing much better thankfully! Thanks so much for watching!
It’s so interesting to see all the skills and interests you have, while teaching us about furniture refinishing. Thank you! Can’t wait to see the finished piece with the tattoo. Best wishes to bunny.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much!!
I will never understand why some people think it is their business to comment on things that are really none of their business. Dont watch if things annoy you. I think you are brilliant and an amazing artist. Please keep sharing these beautiful pieces.❤️
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for watching Linda!
Awesome transformation! Hope Flanders will get well soon! Strength for you and the late hours!!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks so much!
The Tatoo panels look fabulous! Can't wait to see them finished. Stay well.
Thank you!
Your high standards are part of what make your videos such a pleasure you watch, but don't beat yourself up about "failure" - that sideboard is beautiful!
A failure only in that I didn't get the other panels completed, that's all. Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for watching!
They're some of the best things about this planet if you ask me. 🐰😺 Thank you very much for watching!
I do have a video up already about some of the most common wood types, it is here - ruclips.net/video/aL18f_s823w/видео.html
I hope this helps and thanks so much for watching!! ❤️
As seems to be the case 100% of the time, I love your work and your passion for furniture, for your fur babies and for life. Along with it all is your laughter... It is wonderfully contagious. Keep on being you!
Thank you so much!
Thank you very much, I really appreciate that! 😊
I love your videos and I can't believe the awful things people say about your tattoos. That kind of meanness is unnecessary and so upsetting. Hope the little bun bun continues on his recovery. I'd love to see a video where you explain more about wood types and how to know what you're looking at. 🐇❤🩹
He is doing much better thankfully. Thanks for watching!
Your tattoos are gorgeous, and so are the panel designs. And the teak looks fantastic! But you definitely chose the most important work, taking care of a sick bunny always comes first. Hope Flanders feels better soon :)
He is doing much better now thankfully. Thanks for watching!
Go Angie! This was a great way to bring light to unnecessary rudeness and exemplify how not to be. I think people forget how to be courteous when interaction online.
As always you bring much inspiration 💖 Thank you for all your sharing and effort. I appreciate how educational your channel is. And best wishes for little bunny.
Flanders is fully recovered now thankfully! Thank you for asking about him and for watching!
Your body, your choice. When I look at your videos all I see is your talent, your heart, and the love you give each piece you refurbish. I applaud you calling out the haters and letting them know their comments were unkind and unwelcomed.
Thank you very much for watching Shelley!
Thanks so much for watching!
Good for you for doing what you wanted with your body! I commend you and I bet it's a beautiful tattoo. ❤️Thank you for watching!!
Beijos. Rio de Janeiro - Brasil.
I would simply block these people, you have to sweet to be on my dance card.
I don't mind comments about my work, but my appearance or family are out of bounds. lol Foul ball. haha
Thank you🙏
You're most welcome Mary! Thank you so much for this great comment. I really appreciate it!
You are beautiful inside and out🌷
I really appreciate that, thank you so much! 😊
