    Awesome. We do something similar in our Pilates warm up and it really does work. Over time the cracks and pops get less too.

      Hi Paul! Thanks for watching and doing. Those cracks and pops are probably crepitation, something akin to getting sand in the joints. But they do work out if you are consistent about doing these kinds of exercises and you will have movement that's as smooth as being on ball bearings. Which reminds me, I should really do a video about my shoulder circles! 😊DQ
