No heat pump? that sucks.
Can you atleast pre-heat the car while it's at the charger? I wouldn't want to start my working day being cold.
Also sucks that mercedes distronic is not available on the Citan (only from the Vito and up) .

You can option cabin preconditioning, but the heater basically doesn't work because of the lack of heat pump. A lot of manufacturers are realising the error of their ways and fitting them as standard on newer EV (including Renault, who provide the underpinnings for the Citan) so hopefully in a facelift they'll put one in this
