I'm a beginner and don't have a serger yet. What stich can I use instead?

I always use a zigzag stitch to “serge”with my normal sewing machine :)

Hi! You can use zigzag stitch, it works very well. The thinner and more prone to fraying the fabric is, the smaller the zigzag stitch you should use for serging. Hope this helps!

I usually do a straight stich first and then a zig zag.

I was wondering, if I buy the pattern, do the sizes you offer have measurements? just so I know which one would fit me best because I'm not familiar with US, UK, AU, EU sizing hahah
    Thank you

Hello, i wanred to ask how to pick the size of the dress ? If it is based on the bust or the waist because based on my bust size my waist is a little big
