- I was invited to the closed beta of Palia, a game I have been very excited about for months now! The NDA has lifted on the game so everyone is now getting their first look at this cozy world. I thought I'd give everyone a little relaxing ASMR look seeing as that's our specialty! Join me and Hazel B. Honeyblossom (the B is short for Bee) as we get started in this world, start to build a house, meet some locals and explore the town!

I agree games that have they’re own art style not only add an element of charm and uniqueness but it also helps make the game more recognize-able

My wife has been hardcore keeping up in the discord and participated in all but the very first stress test. It's been a wild experience.
Still hitting a lot of bugs unfortunately (though it's a beta for a reason), and their roadmap to release seems pretty ambitious for an MMO from a relatively small studio.
Though if anyone can pull it off, it's the talent they've pulled together for this game. Excited to see if they're able to deliver on the scale, and of course coziness, of the full game at launch.

Yes, I know I haven't done one in a while, sorry! This was sort of an unexpected video because I had already filmed and edited for the day and I was waiting to finish my work so I could play Palia. But then in the back of my head I was like "you should be more productive and film while you're doing this" so I immediately started recording, which is why I missed the character creator. And this was literally just yesterday hahaha. Most of my videos aren't so casually planned so there'll be more facecam! (even though, hilariously, when I do that I often get comments that are the opposite of yours like "I don't want to see your face, it's distracting" 😂)

I played the demo in a video a while back!! I really liked it, especially because I do really like bees as a whole. I don't think I've picked up the full game yet so thanks for the tip!
