    I have a quick question sorry this is random i cant get help anywhere but what if you dont have balance going into ballet can you still dance and how do you improve your balance going into pointe?

      Hi, thanks for the question. Your balance can be trained just like the rest of your body. Start with some simple proprioception exercises like standing on one leg with your eyes open and then safely testing with your eyes shut momentarily to sense your balance. This will improve with practice. Hitting your balance, especially on pointe is also about engaging the right muscles so training your leg, glute and core muscles and being aware of how you are stacking your shoulders, hips knees and ankle joints. Ballet always works on balance and correct technique so our Sleek Ballet fitness classes are great for improving all of these things.
