Director's Statement:
I have been documenting Nick's journey over the past year and this has opened my eyes to the reality many experience on a daily basis in dealing with their mental health and loss. I hope that this film will inspire viewers to look at sculpture's and Nick's life in a new light and to appreciate the beauty and complexity of this art form.
For Nick his father’s sculpture represents the emotion of being free, powerful and strong which is everything his dad was to him. Nick took over 5 years to create the sculpture of his father, which he hopes will raise money for Parkinson’s disease.
