Hi, to get in reverse you pull stick up first and then slide to the left Which spring correspond to pull up mechanism? Because mine is so heavy to pull it up, slide to the left n then move to the back to get in reverse gear theres no problem at all
So one day im looking at my 6 speed manual v6 c class. My buddy has 2003 g55 amg and obv he has 2 more cylinders and bigger engine but bell housing and everything else looked the same. So my question to myself was why cant i put a v8 5.5 liter engine in with 6speed manual Well you answered it i can do it. Great news. My new drift machine will be now made
I just got my headliner redone, and some other interior parts, I would like to keep the car to 400,000 miles or so although I have a 230. I've seen this car on the forums but yeah, thats all.

When it comes to keeping your shifter position switch connected while in nuetraland jumping transmission connector.... doesn't the computer not let you rev pass so many thousands of RPM. Meaning with manual swap cant max out rpms. Did you tune computer for that rpm rev limiter? Please respond. Thanks

Hello. Maybe you can help me with a doubt that i have about E320 transmission. I have a W210 E240 (2.4 manual). Great car. I quite enjoy driving it, specialy long distances. But, i would like to have something done in order to convert it to a 320, either by keeping the block of my current engine, or swaping it entirely for a 320. But, i would like to keep the manual 5 speed transmission. As you did study your swap, can you tell me if any of the options that i have in mind is possible with swapping parts only. I mean, is the manual gearbox from my E240 V6 a plug&play fit with the same era 320 V6 engine? If you do jnow the answer, you would save me quite a bit of research around this issue. Thank you. (I just subscribed and am looking forward to watch more of your videos)
Just asking ....why did for two decades MB-AMG fit great engines with such an awful automatic transmission ? They did blindly trust in it,not even offering a more suitable gearshifting system as an option. Was there a reason for that ? Probably a reason was there,for they to carried on such a technical choice for 20years, albeit several MB enthusiasts openly disliked it. Some suggestions ? Thanks for your opinions.
Have you put a supercharger on it? I'm considering a 5.5 swap and putting supercharger on it. I was either going to rebuilt the 722.6 or possibly putting a manual in it. What would you recommend?

Are you sure that this gearbox is enough strong? I have broke similar MB gearboxes several times (370HP and 550Nm).
What broke on the transmission?
@@410kane in MB gearboxes almost everything is to weak to track use
I’ve done many laps on the best test track in the world as well as uk tracks the slk320 trans has held up fine
There is a guy on Bulgaria, drifting with way over 800 HP and never any problems. These boxes are very strong!

No my cars not supercharged I’ve gone for weight reduction for better power to weight. If I was going for supercharger I’d stay auto
